I am regretfully a former manager at Helpufinance. The company is actually incorporated under the name OCM Mortgage. While at the company I witnessed on a weekly basis complaints from branches regarding Helpufinance's refusal to pay commission owed to them. I witnessed former employees and present employees being laid off without pay. It is one matter if the company were hurting for dollars...it is another matter if the company just feels that it can get away with such bad behavior. I am afraid that this is the case with Helpufinance.
I currently have over 17 different names and numbers of former employees and branches who were never paid after loans closed or terminations occurred. Helpufinance even stoops so low as to not pay processors on earned income and telemarketers hourly wages after terminations. They just believe that they can get away with this. Hope this helps some unsuspecting future branch or employee to stear clear of this company.
Incidently, the company masks itself behind closed doors, attorneys, and unanswered phone calls regarding complaints and pay-roll. If anyone doubts my words please go to the department of labor in Santa Ana, California and check out the long list of names and complaints over the years. You can also check out the long list of Law suits in both Orange County and La county for breach of contract and "tort" ( fraud ) on Rabi Aziz the owner.

As with any business relationship gone sour, there are two sides to every story. Help U Finance and Mr. Aziz prefer to seek redress for wrongs it suffers from the actions of others through the court system, rather than posting defamatory and untrue statements on the Internet. It is, however, an unfortunate fact of life in the Internet world that anyone with the ability to type can portray themselves as the bearer of the only truth. As such, readers of this report should be aware of the obvious fact that they too could be the next victim of an undeserved attack. Usually, sooner or later, what goes around - comes around.
