I purchased a building from O'Connor Builders and the roof was completely faulty. According to a engineering report unit owners had to end up getting the roof was completely faulty yet the developer would not do anything to repair it. This building was only 1 year old when the sever leaking began and we ended up having to pay a huge sum of money to get a roofer out to fix it ourselves.
The roof on a new structure such as this SHOULD NOT have been leaking at all especially to the extent ours was. This was a giant cost to all unit owners as we had to pay huge special assessments to get this fixed. the developer did nothing to fix his terrible work and is essentially MIA now.
I would seriously warn anyone who is purchasing from this developer to keep walking.
