OCS/ Robert Esnayra One Call Services No payment, no calls returned. La Habra California

We were contacted on Jan 22, 2016 By Robert Esnayra from OCS, to provide an estimate to repair storefront enrtry doors at a BCBG MAXAZRIA at 168 5th ave NY, NY 10010. We sent a tech to provide an acessment of the issues with the doors at no cost. We quoted the work and it was approved by OCS and a WO# was created. We spent time to go back, repair the doors and the manager, Julie Twardowski,  at the store was very happy as she stated they had constant problems in the past.

OCS was late with their payment by 16 days over there net 30 terms and called us regarding a seperate issue at the same location. Robert assured us that a check had been cut and we would "recieve by the end of the week" we went on site- once again at no cost- to provide an estimate to repair the rear emergency exit door. We provided the quote and it was approved a short time later, we had still not recieved payment for the first job. We explained to Robert that we could not move forward with the repairs as we still had not recieved payment. He took an extremely offensive tone and told us he would use one of our competetors. Two weeks later (still no check) Robert called back and told us that he wanted us to complete the job afterall and apologized for the billing mix up and payed us with a credit card.

We completed this service on 4/13/16 and have still not recieved payment from OCS/One Call services/BCBG Maxazria

We have called Roberts "office" several times to be given the run around, told he wasnt in the office and when we did speak to him we were told that we would have a credit card payment from him by friday (twice) 

We have contacted BCBG Maxazria's offices in NYC and Los Angeles to let thier facilities managers what has happened to us. Robert and his company are now at 61 days and counting from the time we billed for this service for $851.00
