i found their link on youtube and 4 othe area on the net, I needed  document replaced, and  was careful to check there were complaint report, after several phone calls I was given  address camaroon African address to send my funds via western union, which should have been a red flag,

I questioned why Africa but he said its the payment agent.

its the last communication after i gave Rodney WU control payment receipt. He hung up the phone repeatedly and the forward all calls. It appears it was google voicemail number and the culprit is in African.

He had  an african accent.  one month  later I did not get the docs I ordered.  I believe he changed his info and is using another name and emails. 

The reason I posted my experience is to sopt this scammer. I believe i was not the only one but  victims are so hurt they not post their mistake.  I was clearly mistaken and scammed.
