OCWEN BANK - HSBC BANK Ocwen took my home, trying to buy it back by "selling bricks' for $10. all fees they charged are dated Nov 1, 2005 W. Palm Beach Florida

Ocwen bank now owns my home. Was trying to get an agreement for lower interest up until last moment. My home is now in their name, well, in name of HSBC Bank which is tied in with Ocwen.

Been trying to buy back my home, brick-by-brick... selling bricks...for $10 I paint names on side of my home. Have had NBC and FOX TV coverage ain Philadelphia nd had some wonderful replies...just not enough to buy it back. In fact, Bank won't tell me what they will take. Very frustrating.

After sheriff's sale I called PA Dept of Banking and they contacted Ocwen for an accounting of my mortgage. Received copy of the reply in late January (the sale was late Nov, 2008)

It stated I had some forbearance agreements and dates BUT no copies, and on accounting pages I could not figure out when they were and where the "down payment" went.

I was shocked to see I had charges for 3 title reports, 5 property valuations, 6 something else..and they were ALL had transaction date of November 1, 2005. How can that possible be? It appears they just stuck figures anywhere to justify amounts charged.

I had been asking to talk to SOMEONE in the USA for years and told it was not possible. When I inquired about letters sent I was told there was no record..."no one reads them, they throw them away".

One day a girl in India asked for rest of paperwork for a forbearance agreement. I said I didn't send it in. Well, she had 2 pages...perhaps it was a mistake...she'd just DELETE them. Wonderful!! They can just do whatever they want with an account!

I am fighting to keep my home. Still living in it. All my equity is tied up in it plus my income is from 3 small rentals. If I am evicted I will have lost my home of 65 years, my equity, my income and have no where to go.

Trying to deal with Ocwen has been like talking to a wall!

I am just starting to deal with Legal Aid of South Eastern PA.... wish I had known to call them LONG ago.

Did anyone else receive a Fed EX letter mid-December 2007 which offered a fixed-rate mortgage of 6+%? Papers had to be returned by last day of December 2007. Unfortunately I was away over the holidays and didn't see it until beginning of January 2008.

I called immediately and was told it was too late.. Acctually, the man diidn't know anything about any offers that had been sent out. BUT, he offered me a new forbearance agreement. I just had to send $8000.

Even when we found a person in Florida to talk to from the Ombudsman's office...you can find number on Ocwen.com..... the man didn't want to give his last name, he first said his name was Joshua C.. but we had already been given it by the Ombudsman.

Ocwen's Specialized Home Retention Consultant Joshua Coykendall What is it with Ocwen that people don't want to say their name? Are they afraid knowing they're working for a predatory lender? Do they fear for their lives?

Can you imaagine going into a hospital and being told that "Doctor Bob" would be taking care of you? He could be the janitor for all you know!!

Sent certified letter to Joshua C....which he said he never saw...but it was signed for by the bank. He said he only read papers that came through his fax number.. It was ALWAYS busy. He e-mailed an agreement which we couldn't open and then we couldn't reach him by phone or fax.... by that time it was date of sheriff's sale. Had been trying to work with him, to REACH him for alomost a month.

Except receiving an accounting of my mortgage from IVonne Humphreys, Consumer Account Analyst, Office of the Consumer Ombudsman, Ocwen Loan Servicing,

Shouldn't I receive back copies of all papers I sent with a signature from the bank?

I have NEVER received a paper from Ocwen with a name and signature.
