Ocwen Federal Bank FSB ripoff Orlando Florida

I am so sick of this company. They bought my mortgage back in 2001 and I was not notified for months. I was sending my payments to the original company.

When I was finally notified I called and explain what had happen. I asked for a detail statement showing payments, since the time they took over the loan and for them to please start sending me a invoice every month .

I never received the statement nor did I received monthly statements. I followed this up with three letters. Finally I stated I would not send another payment unless they started sending me statements each month.

The problem is they come after the due date so it is impossible to have the payment in on time. So I pay the late amount that was stated in the original loan.

Now they are trying to add on their own late charges. They want me to pay the original payment, plus the original late charge plus their late charge.

I know that this is illegal, that they have to abide by the original agreement but they refuse to.

I would not even be receiving monthly statements if it wasn't for the fact that I told them I was advise not to send any more payments unless they started sending me statements.
