Actually my initial agreement was with Ehren, however I wrote it before I read Mallorys statement. I agree with Mallory as well and I hope Ehren that if you are indeed an Ocwen employee, you are taking note and letting your superiors know that we are fed up and Ocwen's day of reckoning is coming real soon! Mallory is right, you (if you are an employee) are one step away from being in the same predicament each poster here is in. karma is a b**ch, and she always comes back! God is watching and he doesnt like what he sees.

However, we do have to be mindful of what we are posting and make sure it is legible even if it is just for ripoff reporters to read. When I send these letters to my congress persons as examples of Ocwens misdeeds, I want them to be able to make sense of what is being reported. What if they want to make these reports public?

I mean no disrespect to anyone, but I agree 100% with Mallory. I understand that people are upset and angry and may make a typo occasionally, because you are typing so fast, but believe it or not Ocwen employees do read the ripoff report. They already think they are dealing with a bunch of morons by the way they treat us, and to write something so convoluted with numerous misspellings, bad grammar and no punctuation, just proves their point. If we seriously want our PRESIDENT and congress persons to read this and help us, they have to at least be able to make sense of what we are saying. Take your time and express your concerns as clearly and concisely as possible. If necessary have someone proofread or assist you. We have to appear to be intelligent and articulate otherwise we will be ignored by the lawmakers just as we have been ignored by Ocwen. Before you criticize someone's grammar,you should consider the issue and what this person may be going through. What a jerk you are. What's even better is the fact that most of Ocwen's employees can't even speak proper english. I have several letters (official letters) that are so poorly written and make no sense, it's hard to get mad when it's so d**n funny! And the phone calls? Really? Hilarious and pathetic! The reason I believe you are an employee is: why else would you be on this site? You are clearly not a customer. I am an Ocwen customer who has voiced my opinion multiple times on this site over the past years. You are just here to act like an a*s. Surely you are a highly regarded employee. Ocwen's aggressive approach to outsourcing is one of the stand out issues causing record high unemployment rates which, by the way, also lead to higher fc cases. Duh! So keep it up, dummy. I happened across your article and I have some advice. You should have your lawyer draft up complaint articles, since your complaint is incredibly illegible. I have no idea what you were talking about. You should use grammar like periods and commas. They are quite helpful to readers if you wish to get your point across and get a response from any company.

Now that we have a new president that is trying to do something about the mortgage crisis . I wish he would help everyone involved with the predatory lenders like Ocwen . It doesn't take much for someone to see what they are doing to everyone . With all the bogus fees and charges most of us had thru fairbanks capital , And of coarse now are still being billed prior servicer fees , that is a crock of you know what . The prior servicer and the current servicer are one in the same , and everyone knows that . As far as any class action suit , we had one class action and it only gave us ten percent of what they really owed us the rest of it is what they call the prior servicer fees which is why I am now paying hundreds more a month to pay them off for these fees . I wish the Obama could help ALL of us get refinanced thru SallyMae or Freadymac. From what i read today the only ones that are being helped by his plan are people that already have mortgages with those two companies everyone else is out of luck and on their own and we the people with preditory lenders are the ones that are hurting . I wish we could find a way to do an online petition to send to Obama so he can see what is happening to everyone . I mean non of us want a free ride to keep our homes but we want what is fair.
