Ocwen Federal Bank - Ocwen Loan Servicing Ripoff why do they want my house it's 55 years old West Palm Beach Florida

I didn't. It comes up as 45 days late, apparently he can't do anything over 30. They still don't have it right. I figure the BK is up in Sept., if I wait alittle after, and all that other crap shows paid off, I might be better off.

I had to deal with both of these corrupt, unethical scumbags. Dovenmuehle Mortgage is located in Lake Zurich, Illinois. The firms are in Chicago, operating and financing for the mob. They work together in shuffling the loan from one lender to the next, creating a convenient mess for the borrower to deal with. They have other scam companies that help them create this chaos, a few are Harbor Financial, and Matrix Financial Services. They will send you a letter and claim the loan was purchased by another lender, then all h**l breaks out.


Dovenmuehle Mortgage owns the companies and utilizes them in conducting their unfair and unethical business practices. Stay away from these companies, and if you do have a loan with any one of them, refinance as soon as possible. Dovenmuehle Mortgage will operate by losing your payments, not posting payments until your late, charging all kinds of fraudulent late fees and fees you have never heard of, and then moves to take your home. This is how these firms play the game. Dovenmuehle Mortgage will call this servicing your loan.

Then when you start calling them trying to clean up their mistakes, they are the rudest people in that they treat you like you are a liar and a con artist. I have never had a loan with these crooks, but I have been lots of research on these firms since their names came up on my credit report as open mortgages. I have disputed all the information that Dovenmuehle Mortgage was reporting, and in dealing with this mismanaged firm, I can tell you that they could not provide any documentation whatsoever! They will not return telephone calls or respond to letters. In all my disputes, I have written letters and explained to them that all the enteries are false, undocumented, and unsubstantiated lies, furthermore, Dovenmuehle Mortgage is a corrupt and fraudulent lending institution doing business in an unethical and unfair business manner. In being so blunt about their tactics, I never receive any response from these cronies.

You and I had discussed a possible refi you were doing with some broker several months ago. How did that go? It slooks like he was not able to help because you are still stuck with OCWEN?

I have been dealing with Ocwen since they received my loan from bank One almost 3 years ago. I never, and I mean never, send them a check. I spend the extra $9.95 and send them their money thru Money Gram. They receive it in minutes, and they can't deny they got it.

I have oome to the conclusion their job is to take houses. Mine was built in 1910, and I swear they will do anything they can to make my life hell, and take my house.
