Ocwen Mortgage Company ocwen federal bank kept charging me forced insurance on my loan and charged me extra late payments, charged me extra money on payments New Brunswick, New Jersey

we had a loan with ocwen mortgage and sent the payments to ocwen federal bank in new jersey. i got behind and when i would call and ask how much to sent,everybody i talked to would give me a different amount. my daughter finally called and they gave her a deffinant amount and i sent it and the nex bill had late charges and more money than they said.

i was also charged forced insurance when i had insurance with state farm and the lady from state farm sent they verification several times and they would always say they did not get it. these extra charges went on for years. i know i have a legal right against them but i do not know how to fight them.
