Ocwen Federal Savings Bank ripoff Ocwen FSB Strikes Again! West Palm Beach Florida

I have been battling with Ocwen for 2 years about my Escrow acount. My mortgage payment includes 114.90 for house taxes and insurance. Although, I admit, my payment has not always been on time, it has always been paid. Yet I have been told that my account is negative and the amount continues to grow. I am now in a negative balance of 847.00.

When I have tried to contact them and receive proof of why my account is so behind I am told there is NO way for me to speak to anyone in this department. I must let customer service E mail them and wait for a response. A response that I continually wait for. I get fax numbers to send information to the escrow department but once again, never get an explanation as to where my money is.

Ocwen bought my loan from the original company I had chose to do business with. Its amazing to me how you, as the borrower, have no chose in the fact that they can buy and sell your mortgage. I hope someone can stop Ocwen from taking advantage of people.
