Our mortgage was bought by OCWEN. We had a CHFA loan originally, which was for 17 years, OCWEN neglected to read all the circumstances attached to the loan. THis resulted in unnecessary phone calls on the 1st of every month wanting to know where our payment was. Bogus late charges because they weren't posting ontime.

Our lawyer told us to send our payments certified so they had to be signed in. This worked, however I should not have to continue to spend unecessaty money. Forget customer service, you never get the same person twice.
Companies like these need to be taught a lesson.
