Ocwen Ripoff Fraudsters Despicably Worse Than The Florida Carwash Kidnapper Murderer Orlando Florida

As some of you might know, Ocwen has been behind several electronic attacks and email viruses sent to either divert my time from focusing on this class action lawsuit, to penetrate my computers to find out where we are going with this class action lawsuit, or simply to intimidate and demoralize me.

Ocwen, don't you just get it? Death threats, hackings, porn emails, and the expenditure of over $26 million in "professional and regulatory fees" (codeword for attorneys fees) over the past 12 months [according to Ocwen's latest SEC filing] have not ended up intimidating me. I have been emboldened all the more, to fight, fight, fight, fight, until the federal courts, until the FBI, until Congress, until the FTC and OTS, take meaningful steps to redress this horrible nightmare of fraud and falsification that has destroyed so many families and caused us to suffer more seriously than Bin Laden or Saddam Hussein ever caused some of us.

Karen, excuse my rambling (it's 1 a.m. EDT), but I salute you for escaping from the bowels of Hell. We are all making a "jailbreak" from the illegal imprisonment in which we find ourselves. We will dig tunnels, we will scale barbed wire walls, we will paraglide, we will fight our way out of this concentration camp that is Ocwen.

This exact same thing occurred before, on September 20-23, 2002 when Ocwen discovered that I had been able to obtain their damning customer complaints emailed to Ocwen's customer relations department. It took two days of SBC/Southern New England Telephone Service's Repair Techs and a Trap & Trace (whose results SBC will not disclose to me absent a court order) to stop the disruption of my law office telephone service. We have clear proof of Ocwen having sent viruses to my computers, and of failed hacking efforts directed from Englewood, Colorado [where Moss Codilis is coincidentally based].

Ocwen (I know you read this site religiously, since one defense counsel in the Hanson v. Ocwen class action has complained bitterly to my lawyer about my postings): know this, that you will NEVER succeed in intimidating me, and that you pirates will wind up in JAIL. That is my promise to you, and I will NEVER permit my lawyer to settle this lawsuit without your public acknowledgment of wrongdoing. I will NEVER give up on this class action until you have been halted and have compensated thousands of victims for the havoc deliberately wreaked on them.

To everyone else (other lawyers included) who happen upon this and similar, hard-to-believe posts at this website. No, we are not delusional. No, we did not forget to take any medications. Ocwen is simply extremely fraudulent and dangerous.

But some of us like Marlene, Karen, Vicki, Tara, Diana, Ed, Consumer Advocate Robin, the Editor of RipOffReport, and other unsung heroes too numerous to mention by name, shall not be intimidated: if we all run and hide in our basements, Ocwen will steal our homes and our happiness. If we openly confront them without hiding our identities behind creative computer identities and fictitious emails; if we contact our political representatives and law enforcement authorities about veiled death threats and so forth, we will ultimately prevail.

Even Hitler was overthrown, if I read my history books right. Even Saddam Hussein was ultimately unmasked for the big, spineless coward that he was all along: bellowing loudly to intimidate everyone, but when it came time to stand up like a man and fight, he was found in a spider hole.

All we need is our day in court, and Ocwen and its ilk will go to jail not for their grand larceny of which my lawyer and I have overwhelming proof and which proof I have now disseminated to at least 10 other trusted victims and advocates in 6 different states. Ocwen will go to jail also for their electronic warfare misconduct. Shame, shame, shame on these spineless thugs whose own children would disown them if they knew that they are no different than that guy caught on videotape kidnaping and killing an 11-year old Florida girl.

I am very angry. But my faith in God is intact, and my enthusiasm has remained unflagged during the past 20 months. I have watched over 20 folk who sent me affidavits over the past 19 months lose their homes despite having sent me canceled check proof of being current or ahead on their mortgages. We have hit a major obstacle in the form of a federal court where we cannot get an effective hearing although my law office is only a three minute walk away. We are uniting forces with other lawyers from coast to coast to persuade whatever powers that be which prevent us from obtaining redress. We are not demoralized. We have chipped away piece by piece at "Fortress Ocwen" (nothing but a facade bristling with electronic security devices to watch every employee's every move---who's paranoid?).

I shall end this post here. We absolutely will win. This is history's fundamental lesson. The pharaohs were overthrown and their empires destroyed. Vlad the Impaler was overcome. Hannibal, Julius Caesar, Napoleon Bonaparte, Stalin, Hitler, the Shah of Iran, Milosevic, Saddam Hussein, all were overcome by the forces of change. Ocwen alone shall not remain impregnable or invincible.

PS: in a subtle shift of strategy, shortly [meaning in the not too distant future, finances and staffing resources permitting], I will have available a CD-ROM disc or DVD to enable each and every victim to take on Ocwen in his or her own case. While we agree 100% that multiple class action lawsuits will be self-defeating and do not encourage fellow victims to lightly take on this monstrosity called Ocwen in a class action lawsuit due to the complexity and expense of such lawsuits, hundreds of individual borrower lawsuits all using the same powerful evidence and all making the same legal claims, will definitely result in hundreds of outraged courts nationwide bringing Ocwen and its minions to book.
