Ocwen FSB & Fairbanks Capital ripoff Sold my mortgage and I'm still being haunted by their FORBEARANCE rip-off Palm Beach Florida

Ocwen sold our mortgage to Fairbanks Capital (another swindler)in Jan 02. We didn't find out they sold until we received a notice from them at the end of Jan after we had sent in our third forbearance payment to Ocwen.

Fairbanks called looking for Feb's payment which we had sent to them. They said that was January's. I told them Ocwen had January's and to get it from them. They said it wasn't their problem and it would be mine. They wanted me to send them another payment and get the money from Ocwen myself. I explained that it was their problem since Ocwen should have given them those funds.

I called Ocwen. They had no idea who I was, that I ever did business with them, that they ever held the mortgage on my home and they don't keep records of past customers nevermind the January payment. I said that I had a copy of the western union payment (every payment to Ocwen was sent via western union or postal money order sent overnight with tracking).

I called Fairbanks and its still not resolved. I now owe $843.52 in late fees cause of that one payment in January. We can't refinance cause Fairbanks has hit our credit report eleven times with late remarks. Just today, after getting so frustrated, I started to look at all the paperwork I have from Ocwen. We had a adjustable rate over 30 years on our original loan application. It NEVER went down ONLY up.

They put us into forclosure twice and in the end we had to file Chapter 13 because there was no way we could afford to pay the thousands they wanted up front in legal fees and late charges. We had it discharged after paying everything but the new company, Fairbanks, told me that we still owe $7000 even though according to our Forbearance agreement with Ocwen our last payment on that is Nov 02 which we just paid. They said its for legal fees. I don't know whose legal fees cause Fairbanks had none and the extra money we were paying in our forbearance agreement included Ocwen's ENDLESS legal fees.

BTW, I just had a look at the court documents Ocwen submitted, that employee is right, that is the signatures on them. I would like to be involved in this class action suit. I have a lot of paperwork and their account sheet of our account that even a four year degree accountant wouldn't be able to make sense of. Please ask editor of website to give it out to you. TY
