ocwen & their lawyers forced me into a forebearance agreement, they raised my monthly payment, they had me fill out a financial statement and my expences were alot higher than my income and i have no job, they accepted it anyways. go figuire the payment was way out of my league,and they knew that to.
so the next thing i know i get a notice on my door saying they sold my house 2 months ago and i have 7 days to get out.(i didnt) next thing i go to court for forcible entry and detainer, i told the judge i want a jury trial so thats next and im still in my house..... for now........wish me luck ...P.S they also made me sign a wavier saying i would not sue them, that was the only way i could save my house at the time, but you know what SCREW THEM...
