Sandra Cevalles Herrera had a Bad Loan With U.S. BANKS of Aegis - Ocwen Loan Services did & lost all my Applications to modify my loan after a Lay-Off at my work after 15 yrs our company closed.
I tried everything even sought Help from a Government agency and they left town from one day to another with my paperwork fought all the way myself up to the County Courts ,When Ocwen kept saying they were working on a modification Loan for me they sent a letter stating no need to modify they were reinstating my loan, in December 2010 sent to me by Ocwen Loan services
They turned around & sold My home Sale Date January 4 2011. Now they say they didn't own my Loan ,cant find anyone to Help solve issues
Not even HUD Dept they called & gave me Numbers that didn't Help, One just gives you the others numbers,
They even said Aurora services had my compensation for the foreclosure review
They say No Ocwen says Aegis US BANKS and US BANKS says No!! AUGGG!!
Sorry So Discouraged even sent complaint to Texas Attorney General & BBB
