OCWEN MORTAGAGE COMPANY OCWEN-NEVER RECEIVED 35 PG FAX, DENY ME 4 OBAMAS PLAN SAYING INCOMPLETE? Nationwide

Ive been reading everyones reports on OCWEN. I too applied for the new program that Obama put out. In March I faxed over approx 35 pages of all sorts of things. I waited a month. Called Ocwen, they told me they never received anything from me. So I was upset, refaxed it all again. In the mean time since I am behind on my payments, I asked if I could make the current payments so that I dont get further behind. They told me NO I can not do that, I have to pay the behind payments first. So here I am not making my mortgage payments now because they refuse to take my payments because im behind.

I continued calling. All morning, afternoon, nites. I would sit on hold for 45 minutes, 30 minutes, etc... no one would ever pick up the phone. This went on for a long time. finally I get a hold of them asking the status of this Obama loan modification, she tells me on the phone... oh we sent you an email requesting 2 mths of paystubs for both you and your husband a month ago. I said you did not send me any such email. Why would you not of sent this request via USPS? she didnt answer me. Any other time Ocwen is really quick to overnight things to me, certify letters to me and charge my acct to do this, yet requesting this information they felt it wasnt important enough to make sure I got.

Now, I had surgery on 6/17 so on 6/20 I faxed over the paystubs. about 3 weeks later, i received a letter (all the sudden in the mail how funny!) telling me that we were turned down for the Obama modification loan cause it was incomplete. yet this company did not tell me what was incomplete.

i called again for a week trying to reach them. no answer. finally i get this guy on the phone. he would not tell me why my 35 plus package was incomplete. (then he slipped and said they didnt receive the requested paystubs from me i explained this is not the first time you people tell me you havent received somethign from me, i said you are doing this on purpose to buy time and make us lose our home)

he then makes me sit on the phone for hour and half making me do an intermal modification thru ocwen. i said why cant you let me know what was wrong with the other loan so i can get the package complete. he siad this program is same as that one. if i can save you money too, why not just do this. i said because this program your going to make me put money out prior to the new loan date and we dont have it. with obamas plan we didnt have to have any money down.

he sat me on phone. make me look for bank statements, current paystubs had to fax or email stuff right over to him. he gave me quote on phone of what interest rate will be and monthly payments.

here it is 2 weeks now. he was supposed to get things together by 25th. i get served papers today that im being forclosed on Im not sure by who, either our 2nd loan we have out which is HSBC (beneficial) for like 19000 (yet in the paperwork it lists the amount of my loan for OCWEN)(yet the cover sheet just says beneficial) (IM CONFUSED)

....and i have 35 days and have to pay 135.00 to answer the court on why we havent paid.

i am highly upset because Ocwen has done this on purpose. they take advantage of people who were on disability and fell behind on payments.

if i could sue this company for the stress, anxiety, lose of sleep, med im on to help me not be upset, all the FEES ive been charged for nothing, all the FEES they charged for mailing me stuff i didnt agree to. EVERYTHING.

and now the STRESS they have caused my family with giving us false information and not answering our request as to why things were incomplete with first package, not giving us the opportunity to refax the stuff. for lying to us saying they tried contacting us and were unsuccessful ( thats what their messgae said about my acct on the phone) this company is performing FRAUD and somethign needs to be done now or im going to lose my home.

im tired of being taken advantage of by Ocwen.

I am going to contact my local TV news station and let them now what is going on. I am really upset and its affecting my health now.

this company is a joke and they need to be stopped i wish i could find a great lawyer to take this on just to show this Ocwen is performing FRAUD!!!
