Odessa cylinder head heads bob cylinder Clearwater Florida

bought some heads from Dave at Odessa.   he talked to me about what I needed and I purchased them.   all was well until Itried to install the rockers.   the stud mounts were angled wrong, and required adjustable guide plates.  so we got past that. then we bolted the heads on and fired the engine.  it ran for maybe 10 minutes until it begun missing and spitting water out the headers.   shut it down and cranked it until BANG! hydrolocked! so we pulled the heads and found the gasket doesn't even fit the firing ring is all the way into the cylinders on the two outside cylinders.  the two center cylinders both didnt compress the gasket.  after speaking to Dave again today he blamed my engine, however our machine shop decked the block to insure it was straight. he then said the dead may need decked, which means they have to come completely apart.  they "built heads" but never checked to see if they were square.  what a joke! so he transfered me to BOB and man what a used car selling lying scumbag he is.  he wouldn't talk about the problem just said if it's a warranty issue send them back.  I said I've had a lot of problems with these heads and I'm now not comfortable using them on my boat.   he was a total jack a** and hung up on me.   DO NOT buy anything from these clowns! the heads are counterfeit procomp heads and everyone who has purchased them has had problems.
