Oevau Technologies, Cenefil Orlando Florida Ripped-Off unauthorized debit false representatives and company Ripoff Orlando Florida

Received diet pills one day, I never ordered them. Contacted Oevau Technologies/Cenefil through web-site info and sent un-ordered pills with proof of delivery to return address. At the time no debit from account but 2 weeks later a charge of $48.99 under this company appeared on my statement. Called to speak with rep, she had all my credit card information and said would reverse charge and cancel subscription if the pills were returned within 30 days. I told her she should have them already since I sent them out two weeks prior to the debit charge. She put me on hold forver so I called back. Same lady named "Mary" acted as if she didn't have a clue about talking to me 15 minutes prior. Asked to speak with manager ect.. same lady pretending to be supervisor, never helped... called everyday for weeks and never got my money for the item I never purchased. Reported to BBB, they never responded. Following month they debited the same exact amount. I fought for months with this person claiming to be shipping department mgr, returns rep, supervisor and division manager along with being the president of the company. I had to close my bank account because they couldnt block the unauthorized transaction until after the fact. Its fraud I tell ya... the bank was no help either.
