hi my name is sedric and recently my sisters, called me and said you know you are on the internet  for being a sex offender and I'm like what are you talking about, she said I'm not lying go look it up, so i did. But it was amazing to me that I'm not a sex offender and do not have to register as a sex offender, so why am i on this site (OFFENDEX.COM) for being one.

When i was 22 i played college football and went to Le Grande Oregon where i spent one week and was accused of rapping 2 girls in there back yard in a tent, as being a african american male i found that it was unfair to me having to go to court over something i didn't do, after i spent thousands of dollars, on a Lawyer, time driving up to Le grande Oregon from Los  Angeles, and the police trying to entrap me on charges i had nothing to do with, how could one african american male rap 2 white teenage girls in there back yard while their parents were in the house, ummm odd, so by me being young at the time and spending all my money, traveling back and forth, hiring an investigator, taking a DNA test being humiliated, by the Le Grande police department in Oregon saying i wrote a statement, i never wrote. I was scared for my life thinking if they did this i could get 50 years, 25 years for each girl, finally them having no evidence, The D.A went down from 9 felony counts to 1 simple misdemeanor, being scared i took it, if that meant not ever stepping foot back into Le Grande Oregon, i was happy to do so at that time, so yes i has to register as a sex offender for a couple of years,

so one year i was registering and a females police officer was looking at my case in lancaster california, said wait something doesn't look rite, so after her investigating my case and taking it to the department of justice (DOJ) a month later (MY SEX REGISTRATION HAD BEEN TERMINATED AND I NO LONGER HAD TO REGISTER as a sex offender, that was the happiest day of my life, beside getting married to my beautiful wife, and the case has been terminated since 2005-2006,

for years now i have been getting use to getting my life back with almost everyone i know, knowing i had to register as a sex offender and explaining in details of what happened, and though i was free from something i didn't even do, now we having (OFFENDEX.COM) who is using peoples past to profit, they have on there site that i am an annoyed/child molester how dare they try to take my pride and whats mine away from me. i did nothing to these people and i'm not a child molester, if the government, or state doesn't have me in their database then what makes these people like them think that they can put me in some made up database and ask me to pay them $79.00 to remove and take me off of there website, this makes me angry,
