I am curious why Adam demonstrates such an almost panicky concern that followers could be presented with FACTS and the TRUTH in respect to events involving the Federal Lawsuit. Why is he so worried that others should be given this information and thus be able to decide for themselves the authenticity and validity? Does he think others are incapable of intelligent analysis and thus must be deprived the opportunity of free thought? I enjoyed receiving responses to my previous emails, some were interested in learning more, AND a couple of yellers expressed some negative opinions which is fair enough and was expected. Adam claims I am “DANGEROUS” – really? So he has deemed a truth teller as “dangerous” – a rather conspicuous assertion on his part to claim danger for people when they are being provided facts and the truth. His screeching about my “threatening” emails – what threats? Point out even ONE threat. Conversely, Adam has emailed threats (documented) that he would “smash my face in” and see me “floating down a river soon.” I understand the website’s system administrator Nick Maietta is under investigation in Nebraska for “murder” threats and has invoked the “fifth” (wow – the TRUTH hurts). Adam has approved postings on this website calling for “hiring a hit man” and “declare jihad on them”. Those are what would be deemed real “THREATS” (as I am sure Adam’s PO will agree – we will check). He is such the hypocrite. He also whines about “harassment”. How does my responding to his dialog and postings of lies, threats and harassment constitute harassment on my part?  As has been the ongoing pattern, he can dish it out, but cries like a little baby when countered with simple rebuttals based on FACTS and the TRUTH.  These are concepts that he has gone to great lengths to preclude presenting to the followers of this website. Why?

A)     Being “dispatched” on multiple tours as a soldier in Afghanistan. Not only did he not serve in the military, he can’t even spell it correctly – Afganistan??? He is supposed to be a journalist (yeah right – what a moron – please, it is called spell check). This is a particularly egregious lie as it was used as a means to deceive his ebay clients. A)     Adam claimed that due to his listing with the SORArchives database “he can’t get anyone to hire him.” In these difficult economic times, jobs are hard to come by under the best of circumstances and/or resumes. In the case of Adam, any potential interview would discover:

a)       Adam has NOT held ANY steady paying jobs in 15 YEARS (!!!).

b)      Adam has been arrested 12 times. Child molestation, Domestic Violence, Assault , 3 DUIs (THREE!), 2 times for Driving on Suspended License due to DUIs, Impersonating a Police Officer, Falsely claiming to be a Foster Parent of a child (the child he was molesting), more… (documented)

c)       Adam has been involved with 30 legal actions brought against him. And those are just the ones we know of. (documented)

d)      Adam self-proclaimed on the internet to suffer from anxiety and panic attacks since the age of 12. He likes to provide recommendations for the use of very heavy duty drugs like Xanax and Kolonipin – Adam is certainly not a trained physician by any means of his crazy stretch of an imagination. Giving troubled individuals advice on drug usage (remember the 3 DUIs – they involved BOTH alcohol and DRUGS), now that is someone who is “DANGEROUS”.

B)      Adam claimed to the interviewer he was told: “Sure, we will erase everything, just pay us $500.”

a)      Adam was never given the opportunity to be removed from the database – EVER – for any price.

b)      Adam did not qualify for removal due to his numerous activities under an alias – his threats and the multitude of lies. At no time was Adam even considered for removal. Thus his false claims of “extortion” have no basis in truth – otherwise known as a lie.

c)       Has Adam ever produced any communication from Offendex or SORArchives stating that he could pay an amount to be removed – it doesn’t exist?

7)      Adam has claimed he received emails with “death threats” from Offendex.

A)     There have never been ANY threats made of a physical nature at any time to anyone.

B)      Has Adam ever produced these supposed “death threats” – why would he not provide them to any number of law enforcement agencies? Because they DO NOT exist. It is a lie.

8)      August 1, 2012 online posting by Adam; “Thanks to local law enforcement and the help of the FBI you will be featured on a National story about fraud and Internet crimes. Answer the door when the film crew come over we would love to interview you.” (would be sad if not so pathetic)

A)     There was no local “law enforcement”.

B)      There was no “help of the FBI”.

C)      There was no “National story of fraud and internet crimes”.

D)     There was no “film crew”.

E)      Adam did not have a JOB as a journalist on any level. He certainly was not employed by NBC Universal as claimed (LIED).

9)      Adam submits into the California Federal Court case a signed Declaration that is filled with obvious and documented lies. This will eventually be exposed before the Judge to Adam’s detriment and possible significant legal consequences.

A)     Adam claims in August of 2012 “he requested removal and the website DEMANDED $500.” This never occurred.

B)      Information about Adam’s ebay account was posted on SORArchives listing clients and their orders. This is factually untrue. Adam didn’t even have an ebay account; it was his MOHTER’S account because she has to completely take care of her 41 year old son as though he is still 12 years old. What was displayed was Adam’s claim to have been “deployed” in “Afganistan” (LOL!).

C)      Adam claims “lost business opportunities”. Adam has been unemployed for 15 years and makes no effort to be gainfully employed. He lives with and is/has been completely supported by his mother.

10)   One of the first dealing s with Adam was July 17, 2012 when he sent a FAKE fax threatening an immediate Class Action lawsuit being prepared by a Washington attorney. Of course, unless the profile of Adam Blair Galvez was removed.

A)     The attorney’s office was contacted and they had no knowledge of a letter being prepared or faxed. There was no “Class Action Lawsuit” pending. It was a lie.

B)      Adam Galvez was not a client. The law office completely disavowed any dealings with Adam Galvez.

C)      Adam had FORGED the documents using the Attorney’s letterhead to appear to be legitimate. It was not – it was a very poorly doctored forgery. (Can’t wait to get to these type of FACTUAL discovery matters in the Courts – too much fun)

11)   Adam claims the records of an arrest occurring on January 16, 2013 by such sites as Arre.ST, the-place-for- mugshots.com, justmugshots.com and mugshoots.com did not occur. Well not exactly:

A)     Adam was not arrested for a new DUI charge – the matter was pertaining to one of the three previous DUI charges that he is still being monitored by a Parole officer.

B)      Adam was not “compliant” with his terms of parole in the month of December 2012 and he was brought before the Court in Washington for Parole Violations in January. His Parole Officer recommended a 30 day incarceration in County Jail. This matter ultimately led to a booking and release of a new Public Record that was picked up by the mugshot sites.

C)      Adam must continue to be “compliant” with his COURT ORDERED monthly “PSCH EVAL” or face the return to prison – AGAIN. His PO watches his behavior very closely.

D)     In my opinion, Adam’s claim that I am a “pathological sociopathic lair” is due to that subject obviously being discussed on a monthly basis with a COURT ORDERED psychiatrist and thus continually on his mind. It clearly represents classic “psychological projection as a defense mechanism in which a person unconsciously rejects his own unacceptable attributes by ascribing them to objects or persons in the outside world.” I certainly am not required to appear before a psychiatrist on a monthly basis, Court Ordered or otherwise.

12)   Collecting donations to execute service upon Brent and falsely claiming success. Posting on the website success was solely a scheme to avoid having to do the right thing and return the donors money that was misappropriated. Such a lie is unconscionable.(documented)

A)     Dropping papers off at an elderly relative house, not even to the relative but the care giver, is not “LEGAL SERVICE” as claimed. Any fool knows better than that. (documented)

B)      Filing a declaration with the California Federal Court that proper Legal Service was rendered and falsely stating the facts constitutes FRAUD per the Federal Rules of Procedure – Rule 4 and is being handled appropriately.

C)      Not disclosing as an update about the Federal Lawsuit the signed affidavit by a retired Arizona Judge that refutes the false claims asserted in the process servers declarations is disingenuous at best – or an intentional attempt to mislead people – or more likely knowingly lying to avoid the return of monies collected by the website. Adam does not want people to know the truth.

13)   List of just random lies told by Adam Galvez (all documented – and ridiculous). Adam has claimed:

A)     He is not a convicted sex offender (he is).

B)      He was not charged with child molestation (he was).

C)      The photo/mugshot found in the SORArchives database is not Adam Blair Galvez (it is).

D)     The relationship with Nick C. (the 12 year old victim) was “not child molestation, it was love.” Besides being really creepy, the Court Documents – the Charges – detail a very different story wherein “there were numerous acts, including anal intercourse, oral sex (fellatio), and digital penetration of the anus.” That is not “love” with a 12 year old boy, it is molestation and Adam went to prison because it is a heinous crime.

This rebuttal demonstrates the difference between Adam and me – I believe people are smart and when given factual information are capable of making their own logical conclusions. I do not have to brow beat them with hysterical rhetoric to convince them… of anything. Thus, I put both thought and work into presenting my perspective supported with facts. All concepts that are clearly foreign to Adam’s universe (btw Adam – get a job and work for once – if not for yourself, at least give your 63 year old mother a break from supporting a 41 year old man). People can make up their own minds. If they wish to villainize me – (go ahead Gordon) so be it. They are entitled to their opinions. In closing this discourse, I am very comfortable in having presented FACTS and the TRUTH to establish who is the “pathological sociological LIAR” – that would be ADAM BLAIR GALVEZ. Others are encouraged to come to their own conclusions.

It is not surprising that Major David Michael Ellis, Retired Marine Corp Major and President of Interalpha Properties in Phoenix, Arizona, would take liberties with the truth when being interviewed for an article by an Arizona Republic investigative journalist (right after his deposition in which he is being sued in superior court). Major David Ellis has a long history of telling “stories”, just ask his 2 wives who became aware that their husband had engaged in extra-marital affairs during their marriage. We will discuss these circumstances in detail later in this piece.

Major David Ellis makes the claim that “his name, business address and phone number were published on sex-offender websites SORArchives.com, Offendex.com …. Anyone searching the Internet for his name could find him listed there.” This information claimed to have appeared on SORArchives is a flagrant fabrication as it never occurred. Major David Ellis makes the claim, but apparently was not required by the journalist to provide any documentation or proof of his allegations. Apparently being an investigative journalist does not include basic due diligence to substantiate claims when researching a story (emphasis on “story”). He said it, thus by proxy validated as factual? SORArchives challenges the Arizona Republic to produce evidence of Mr. Ellis’s profile as claimed appearing at anytime in its database or web pages.

According to the article, Major David Ellis also claims “Information posted on the sites accuses Ellis of aiding a child molester with a campaign to smear the websites’ operators.” Once again, prior to this rebuttal, nothing has ever appeared on the web pages or database of SORArchives concerning Major David Ellis. However, it is true that Major David Ellis has aided and abetted convicted sex offenders in a campaign to smear an individual associated with the development of this website. In a civil litigation, it has been documented with supporting evidence that HUNDREDS of contacts were made, Mr. Ellis communicated with at least two convicted sex offenders and child molesters on an almost daily basis for months Examples of particular interest are Gordon Edward Grainger Jr., convicted of a sexual relationship with 15 year old girl, and Adam Galvez, convicted of child molestation of a 12 year old boy, who were also interviewed by the investigative journalist and were included in the expose. Yet no mention is made in the article of these connections with Major David Ellis. A particular egregious communication involved an email whereby Major Ellis detailed information about a 17 year old to Mr. Grainger and Adam Galvez (again, a convicted child molester) by providing the address of the local high school where the boy could be located on a specific schedule. Besides being a convicted sex offender, Mr. Grainger was also charged and convicted of stealing a car and a GUN, and that during his trial it was testified that he had “offered to kill” the girl’s parents. Adam Galvez has been arrested 12 times, beside the child molestation there have been assault charges, 3 DUIs, impersonating a Police Officer and many more. What is the possible explanation for Mr. Ellis providing information concerning a minor to persons with the criminal histories of Mr. Grainger and Mr. Galvez? That is the type of questions one would have expected an “investigative journalist” asking if the goal was a comprehensive expose’, as opposed to presenting conjecture packaged as “research”.

Another false claim appearing in the article made by Major David Ellis was that SORArchives published an accusation that he had an extra-marital affair. No such post appeared anywhere on the pages of SORArchives. However it is ironic, recent court documents filed in a civil litigation is sworn testimony given by Mr. Ellis where he confesses to not only one extra-marital affair, but two. The deposition occurred PRIOR to the publishing of the article. Instead of pressing for the truth, the journalist chooses to allow Mr. Ellis to glibly refer to his relationship as “the truth is more complex”. Although intentionally ambiguous, complex might be one way to describe having an affair with a married woman, hiring this mistress (with zero work experience) into the small office of just a few employees where he is the President of Interalpha Properties, he gets actively involved in the mistress’s divorce proceedings with the writing of letters to the Judge, he initiates contact and actively engages in supplying convicted sex offenders on an ongoing basis information to support the mistress’s efforts to attack her husband in the divorce proceedings,  he continues to post with online dating sites, and he refuses to fire the mistress when the his wife learns of the affair and the employment. All at the same time as he is duping his wife by claiming he is attempting a sincere reconciliation with her. To top off the deceptions, Mr. Ellis’s attempt at reconciliation with his wife coincidentally coincided with a sizable legal settlement won by the wife one month prior. Complex certainly, but most people would call such conduct deceitful and unscrupulous.  Somehow a professional “investigative journalist” was not able to uncover such relevant background material about a key source to an article that was so called “researched” for 8 months (imagine that). You would think a journalist would have, at the minimum, TRIED to contact the wife of Mr. Ellis to confirm some of his “story”. Alas, it would seem the old standards of professionalism practiced by newspapers have given way to the unsubstantiated prattle found in the online blog world, like that of Mr. Ellis’s friends and confidants Gordon Grainger and Adam Galvez whining that the public does not have the RIGHT TO KNOW about convictions of child molesters and child rapist.

Finally, “Ellis said  the accusations did tremendous personal damage, ending any chance he had of reconciliation with his own wife. She filed for divorce instead.” It is not unreasonable to assert Mr. Ellis’s own shameful conduct may have been a rather significant detriment to a meaningful reconciliation with his wife. IF there ever was a sincere attempt for reconciliation as opposed to just a money grab for the recent legal settlement monies. It is also worthy of note that the wife did NOT file “for divorce instead.” Had the “investigative journalist” simply checked the public records of Pima County he would have found that the wife had in fact filed for divorce in October of 2012, months before all of this began.  The attempted “reconciliation” began in December of 2012 and the official withdrawal of the divorce proceedings was filed by Mr. Ellis in January 2013. The article was published in May , 2013. Although it would not be unexpected for Mrs. Ellis to resubmit for divorce when considering the “complex” nature of the marital relationship with Mr. Ellis, as of this date a new divorce filing has not occurred. Apparently even the simplest of facts are no longer confirmed by an “investigative journalist.”

As a form of retaliation to a civil lawsuit filed by private parties (Not SORArchives) against Major David Ellis, he utilized major news outlets (Arizona Republic and Phoenix Channel 12 News) to spin a “STORY” with the intent to discredit and attack SORArchives.com. That he was violating a Court Order not to discuss HIS case with the media did not dissuade his efforts. Making false claims and not providing ANY evidence to support his ridiculous allegations inexplicably was not challenged by the interviewer or the editors in charge of the “STORY”. Prior to the posting of this rebuttal, Major David Ellis never appeared on the website. SORArchives challenges Major David Ellis to refute any aspect of our rebuttal with documentation of proof where he his name, photos, address, phone number or a profile listing him as a sex offender EVER appearing on the SORAchive.com website. Such documentation will never be produced as it NEVER occurred. Exposing the false claims of Major David Ellis for the lies they are is the justified and legal right afforded SORArchives when dealing with a malcontent with an agenda of revenge, misrepresentation and deceit. Major David Ellis, as a retired Marine Corp Officer, discredits the fine men and women who represent the US Armed Services with honor and honesty by being an embarrassment to his former profession with his propensity to lying and being an adulterer (an activity he engaged in while still in active duty).

No-contest plea comes back to haunt La. man years later

“What I really hope happens to the website operators is that they get shut down,” he said.

Melvin Dominguez said he never imagined that a no-contest plea in 1999 could be used more than a decade later to make innocent people suffer.

 The 58-year-old Lafayette, La., man said his ex-wife accused him of child molestation during a custody dispute. He said he took a deal that did not require him to register as a sex offender or to spend any time in prison.

 A bureaucratic snafu in 2005 caused his name to appear on the Lafayette Parish sex-offender registry until a judge ordered it removed in 2009. A year later, Dominguez said he sold his house, moved and put the incident behind him.

 Until his phone rang in 2012. The caller was the woman who had bought his house. The single mother and schoolteacher was in a panic because she found her address listed on a sex-offender website called Offendex.com, he said.

 “She told me how her children were living a nightmare and were now very uncomfortable in their own home,” Dominguez said. “She said she was almost too scared to sleep there.”

 Dominguez said he agreed to help because it was the right thing to do. He said he believed all he had to do was to explain that he no longer lived in the house and the website would remove the woman’s address from the site.

 But that’s not what happened. Dominguez, whose story is supported by payment and property records, said he paid $79 for a review request, and operators rejected it. Offendex instead offered $199 for a no-questions-asked removal, which Dominguez also paid.

 Offendex refunded Dominguez’s $199 and once again published his old address. He said e-mails from website operators accused him of disparaging Offendex.

 Dominguez said the woman’s neighbors received cards postmarked from Arizona giving Dominguez’s profile, as if he still lived at her address. Dominguez said the woman moved out.

 “Innocent people shouldn’t have to suffer for (my) misdeeds,” he said.

 Dominguez said he hired an attorney and filed complaints with authorities in Louisiana and Arizona. Offendex shut down last year. But its operators continue to post Dominguez’s profile and old address on a new website, SORArchives.com.

 

Before our rebuttal to the Melvin’s portion of this article, we would like to point out that once again the last name of Dominguez is incorrect, and this is one of the aliases used by Melvin.  The last alias we know he was using is Wayne Dominguez . A “No-Contest Plea Of Child Molestation” Still Means A Child Molestation CONVICTION.

In an article published earlier this year, Melvin Wayne Dominque (his real name) said “he never imagined that a no-contest plea in 1999 could be used more than a decade later to make innocent people suffer.” As is typical of many convicted sex offenders, they rarely take responsibility for their own actions. Melvin not only wishes to pass off the unforeseen circumstances of his horrendous crimes onto others, he attempts to present himself as some sort of concerned benevolent paragon. The article attempts to sugarcoat the reality that Melvin pleads GUILTY to CHILD MOLESTATION. You do not accept a plea for such a heinous crime unless the prosecution has a solid case based on substantial evidence. Anyone innocent of such charges would fight such allegation if they were false to the bitter end. Once we get beyond his self-serving hyperbole, the fact that cannot be disputed is Melvin Wayne Domingue is a convicted child molester.

According to Melvin “he took a deal that did not require him to register as a sex offender or to spend any time in prison. A bureaucratic snafu in 2005 caused his name to appear on the Lafayette Parish sex-offender registry until a judge ordered it removed in 2009.” Had the “investigative journalist” who authored the article actually done even the most basic due diligence research on such claims, he would have found some obvious inconsistencies in Mr. Dominque’s version of events. The only potential “bureaucratic snafu” would have been Melvin NOT appearing on the Sex Offender Registry between 1999 and 2005, as it is stipulated by Louisiana Statutes (the law) as a requirement that CANNOT be circumvented by plea deals with the prosecution or ordered by Judges (See Court of Appeal of Louisiana, State of Louisiana vs. Charles Griffin, No. 99-K-2025, November 17, 1999 – http://caselaw.findlaw.com/la-court-of-appeal/1357419.html.)  It was discovered in 2005 that Melvin was required by law to be placed on the Sex Offender Registry, and the previous mistake was corrected. In 2009, Melvin had reached the 10-year minimum from his conviction date, at which time he was allowed to petition the courts to be removed from further registration requirements. All the legal wrangling in the Louisiana courts aside, it is completely irrelevant to the dissemination of the factual data of Melvin’s charges and conviction that appear in the SORAchives database. The profile represents a PUBLIC RECORD legally obtained and was, in fact, released into the public domain. Whether Melvin was required to be registered or when he was required to do so with the Louisiana Sex Offender Registry is immaterial to a private database displaying archived public records. It is indisputable that the profile found on SORArchives is factual – Melvin Wayne Dominque is a convicted child molester.

 

The article explains Melvin became aware of his  SORARCHIVES profile when he received a call in 2012. “The caller was the woman who had bought his house. The single mother and schoolteacher was in a panic because she found her address listed on a sex-offender website…. Melvin said he agreed to help because it was the right thing to do.” Although such sentiments would appear magnanimous, the STORY is nothing but an elaborate fabrication. Melvin did receive a call from the woman who had purchased his home, but she is not a single mother. She is a schoolteacher and she does have two children, but she lives with her husband Rod (a disgraceful rouse to evoke emotions of empathy for MELVIN as some sort of a sympathetic “good guy” helping the damsel in distress – he is NOT) as evidenced by the email sent by Melvin on October 05, 2012 where he writes: “I am with Mr. and Mrs. XXXXX, the current owners of my old residence.”  She had called Melvin, but to inform him she contacted the Teachers Union for supported legal assistance and would be retaining a Union paid attorney to litigate a claim of “non-disclosure” when selling the house. He had NOT disclosed the address as being associated with a convicted child molester.  Had the “investigative journalist” researched the current ownership of the property – locating the name and phone number of the owners is easily obtainable – the true story would have been revealed.  Perhaps a LITTLE due diligence was called for in collaborating Melvin’s STORY – a simple phone call (like we did), would have been the professional course of action to clarify the truth. My wife saw Mrs. XXXXX get the license plate numbers off of our rental car, which spooked us, but we rented it at the Dallas/Ft Worth airport so I am really not worried about wha9t game she is playing. I do not want to call Mrs. XXXXXX to see if she is finally satisfied now, because I don’t want her getting my new phone number. Now I have the lawyer and the Domingue in Lafayette emailing me, so I will get rid of this email address after I hear from you.”

In fact, Melvin was on the run. In the article, he claimed to be some benevolent Good Samaritan working with a single mother just trying to “do the right thing.”  This was a complete distortion, if not an outright lie. Not surprisingly, after all, Melvin Wayne Domingue is a convicted child molester.

It is true that Melvin had paid for removal from the database and the monies were returned. It was determined after receipt of the removal request that Melvin did not qualify for removal per the stated terms of deletion as published on the website. First, it became apparent Melvin was conducting the transaction and using an alias, that of Wayne Dominque. Second, it was determined that Melvin had engaged in multiple incidences of harassing and threatening behavior toward an individual associated with the research department of the site. This included, but was not limited to, intrusive calls all hours of the day and night to the personal residence of the associate and included threats of bodily harm. Third, the agreement included Melvin providing a “verified” current address per email dated October 5, 2013.  The information was not provided as agreed upon.

The article also states Melvin made the preposterous claim the “neighbors received cards postmarked from Arizona giving Domingue’s profile, as if he still lived at her address. Domingue said the woman moved out.” The family did NOT move out and still reside at the address. There was not a post card sent by SORAchives to this neighborhood. Both points should have been the most basic of research of an “investigated journalist” to confirm. Is the family still residing at the residence? A reasonable request would have been for Melvin to provide as evidence to support such an outrageous claim one of the “cards postmarked from Arizona.”  Wouldn’t such a request be standard due diligence performed by any professional? It was intentionally neglected, as no such evidence existed, and such an acknowledgement would have discredited the STORY that was being manufactured.

The article concluded by claiming, “Melvin said he hired an attorney and filed complaints with authorities in Louisiana and Arizona.” It can be stated without reservation that no complaints filed by Melvin were received from the Attorney General Offices of Arizona or Louisiana. Also, no contact was initiated by an attorney representing the convicted child molester Melvin Wayne Domingue. The article and all claims are complete fabrications.

Gordon Grainger’s criminal history. Gordon Grainger Jr. is a convicted sex offender who committed his crimes in the State of Michigan. When he was 20 years old he instigated a sexual relationship with a 14 year old girl. When the child was 15 years old, Gordon Grainger stole the gun and car from the girl’s father and absconded with the girl. He was apprehended and charged for having sexual relations with a child and also larceny. Gordon is both a convicted sex offender and a thief.  He was sentenced to 10 years in prison. After serving his sentence, Gordon moved to Montana in hopes of hiding from his criminal history. His new life included marrying Leanne Grainger. It has not included being consistently employed. It is up to Leanne Grainger to be the man of the house by being gainfully employed. Leanne both enables her unemployed husband to engage in his smear campaigns against this website all hours of the day and night, but also actively assist in his efforts to silence this website. Gordon has been attending classes online at Kaplan University to become a Para-legal. However, his poor grasp of logic, writing skills, being a convicted sex offender and thief may be significant detriments to finding a professional law office inclined to hiring an individual with such a resume. We do wish him success so that he can focus on taking care of his family instead of intruding upon others rights. We will attempt to block the Grainger’s from all future interaction with this website, however, we can not guarantee this will be successful.

Think again,, he does not have an education whatsoever, he lives off Brent Oesterblad running criminal enterprises.

Chuck was  adopted and did not grow up in a normal functional  environment. His adoptive  parents were physically abusive and he  was  sent  to a reform school at the age of  9 through 13.   He   learned  of  and  met  his  natural  father when  he   was   eighteen  and maintained  regular contact  with him and  his natural  sister before he was sentenced for the cable box crime. The new owners/residents of the old home of the sex offender located him and he willing paid the $79 removal fee and was rejected, but was offered a $199 removal fee, which he paid and gave receipts of his removal payments from Offendex.com to the new owners of his old home so that the new owners could have as proof that he paid to have his old profile with their address removed from the Offendex.com website database. His profile is now on the Front Page of the Offendex.com website with a Reward for Information from Offendex.com. The new owners are Overwhelmed and their CHILDREN are still being Terrorized by their address listed on Offendex.com as a sex offender registered address. The new owners are again attempting to locate the old sex offender to have him follow up with Offendex.com with having his old and outdated Offendex.com profile removed.

These CHILDREN are still being Terrorized by the Offendex.com website and have been Ripped Off by the Offendex.com removal process. This Family is Not and will Not have a very happy holiday season, because of the Offendex.com website.
