I'm playing the game Dante's Inferno on Facebook and I purchased some points from spare change. I went to apply some points to the game and the points never showed up. Within the game, there is a link to click to report missing points.  For a while, the offers I chose would appear there with just a pending status.  I contacted Offerpal through the link provided to report the missing points. It is now a day a later and several emails have been sent to them to fix this issue and they refused to resolve it.
