Ordered buy one get one free for $19.95. They upgraded the order to $24.99 each for a total charge to my card of $86.70.
I called immediately and tryed to cancel the order. I was told it had to be in the system before it could be canceled. I was given the web site customerstatus.com to cancel the order. I tryed ever few hours for two days by phone at 800-566-2888 and web address to cancel. When I finally got someone who told me the order was in the system, customer service told me it was too late to cancel the order it had been processed. This was about 12 hours after the last time I requested it be canceled.
I feel this is a common fruadulent practice and they should be shut down immediately.
