Offerwire.com or Bridgevine, Inc SCAM: supposedly OfferRebates for Cable - time warner, etc. never got $100 rebate no email contact - phone makes u listen to ads then says u have to call another number which tells u to hang us Vero Beach Florida

Time Warner cable gave me an offer to switch to them and receive a $100 rebate through offerwire.com.  I sent all the information to Offerwire Mail in REbate Promotion Dept. 14-96889 PO Box 540035 El PAso, Tx 88554-0035.  I never got the money.  WHen you go to the website it gives you this number to call 1-866-495-3388. Then it says if you are calling about a rebate press 2 they have no intention of giving you any information about the rebate.  I literally had to sit there for 15 minutes listening to ads for various companies including state farm, and then if you don't want to talk to a state farm rep press pound.  I pressed pound 6 times to continue then it said this number is no longer valid for your area call 1-800-712-6600 so I stupdily called that for some unknown reason and of course it said hang up this number is not valid. 

NYS Attorney General Office - you need to investigate this scam both with Time Warner for falsely saying they would give the rebate and this company which is a scam. No where on the site is there any way to email the company or fax them.
