OfficalGeneric.com Took my money and I never received my order Internet

Placed an order with Officialgeneric.com on 5/28/08. I was aware that it could take up to 21 days to receive my order. When I had not received my order by 6/18/08, I contacted the company via the phone. I was told that their computer was showing I had signed for and received my order. I was pissed. I had not received nor signed for anything. I spoke with several employees including a suposedly supervisor named Natalie. After quite a hassle I was told there had been a mix up with one of their suppliers and that they would be reshipping my order. I called a week later and was told it had been shipped out on 6/19/08 and I could be expecting it in 3- 14 days. I contacted the company yesterday via their "Live Operater " email. I told them I had not received my order and I wanted my money back. I have yet to receive a response. I tried to contact the company by phone today during working hours and got a recording to call back during working hours. I paid with a debit/check card I plan on contacting my bank tomorrow In hopes of disputing the charges.
