Office Of The Attorney General State Of Arizona, Civil Rights Division Verbal Abuse at the Tucson Attorney General's Office, Utterly Ineffective at Upholding Civil Rights or in Any Way Punishing Company Tucson Arizona

I had just been abused by a proud racist Hispanic in an Hispanic-run Tucson branch of a Toronto company, COMDA Calendars. He and another Hispanic male had posters of themselves in the office with their band or wore gang colors or both; demanded bribes for taking Spanish-speaking only calls instead of just taking or spliting the commission; and the company, which sold calendars in North American and made business to business calls to ship them, actually had a flashing sign in the office with colored letters advertising the Catholic Church.



Another naive rube of the office used to promote the Mormon Church before all employees, to the annoyance of everyone.



After variously swearing at me in front of the entire office in addition to the above, and the boss always siding with the Hispanics no matter what they did wrong, even against a white Catholic Italian in the office, I finally verbally defended myself against these wicked little rubes.



Despite doing this in Spanish immediately after being verbally insulted while working, the wicked female Hispanic Catholic and her evil guardian angel had to come up to my desk and make sure I never talked like that again....



Later the obese band member decided to come up behind me while I was making a call to ship calendars at my desk. He started clapping right behind my desk and shouting so loudly I could no longer hear the customer.



He continued to do so, and the evil, disgruntled, physically sick and prejudiced Mormon at the office came over to abuse me some more...I had beat everyone in the office in sales at times except the boss, taking over the desk of a female Hispanic.



After actually shitting in my pants as a response to this utterly sadistic and really very evil harassment, the boss again defended these high school educated religious rubes.



I had filed a civil rights suit against another company and it had been accepted by the attorney general's office for legal action, meaning they had granted me the right to sue Allstate Imaging, a company allowing and run by utterly racist Italians, surely and clearly neo-n**i's, who had actually during my time of employment broken EVERY statute in the Arizona Civil Rights code, not only against my self but against blacks, female Hispanics, pregnant women, the elderly, the handicapped and, of course, clear racism against Jewish employees.



So I immediately marched over the the Civil Rights office and attempted to tell them the true story above.



"What if I am not prejudiced and just think you're an a*****e," the male employee at the Civil Rights office stated.



I have contacted every male lawyer who handles employment discrimination in Tucson by letter (about 10). Exactly two wrote back and said they would not or did not have the resources to handle the case. I went by one of the very few female lawyers and the U of A legal association for Civil Rights. They would not see me or, yes they said this, they will only help women. They are located right next to Allstate Imaging on Tucson Blvd.



The Office of the Attorney General and its employees are a little less than useless white rubes who abuse those they think they can get away with. Worse than a waste of time.



I went back to the office to attempt to negotiate with the company using the Civil Rights office. I now owe about $700 for Disorderly Conducted after being mistreated by a policeman on the way to the meeting in the Building on 4000 Congress Street.



Really way too proud to serve.



These are vain, incompetant individuals of insufficient character and inspiration to put a civil rights case forward.



I have had my nose broken on the bus and been stabbed in my home, the blade penetrating over 5" into the right side of my chest since attempting to deal with the AZ Civil Rights Organization.



I also have three college and university degrees, BA, c*m laude, BS, MS, was the straight-A valedictorian of my high school in three years, have travelled to over 50 nations and never been wounded in any of them....



The AZ Civil Rights Office is worse than useless, yokels who give themselves awards, do none any real good, waste taxpayers money and abuse those concerned and caring enough to give the wicked, variously illegal and ineffective government of Arizona and the Attorney General's Office the benefit of the doubt. The Moslems who attempted to use me for oil deals in Luxor, Egypt and the "angel" who told me about 911 months before it happened in 2000 were more gentlemanly and apparently better people.



These were each Civil Rights suits that were in some ways historic...female sexual assault while working and Tucson Medical Center (TMC) of a male employee; Hispanic and Catholic/Mormon racism and prejudice against a white employee non-religious employee; and Italian racism, sexism, ageism and prejudice against Jews, blacks, women, the elderly AND female Hispanics.



Charles Munie and the employees of the Civil Rights division have let all of us down, and I have been told by employees that the racism and prejudice continues; I have been hazed by the Hispanic from COMDA while shopping at Safeway and while attempting to get employment elsewhere, and repeatedly.
Your office is a disgrace to law, education, Civil Rights and all Arizona.



I do not have the funds to continue, though I have managed to file lawsuits without delivering the documents. Please contact me immediately by internet/regular post if you can help...else the time limits expire for taking legal action.
