Hi I am a young 18yr old who was terrorized by an officer who also lied on his report and sent me off to jail for my first time. I was sent jail for no reason at all, I will never trust any law enforcement for the rest of my life because of this awful experience. My young sisters had been in a verbal confrontation with another young girl and were kicked out of Superplay, a popular hang out where many kids go to on weekends. I noticed my sisters were out with the officer so being the oldest and responsible for them decided to go out and ask what had happened. I started to ask questions all of the sudden I became the problem. I was not even talking to the officers I was asking my sisters what had happened when all of the sudden I was thrown viciously on to the police car the whole car shook. there are many witnesses to this. as my mom asked the officer about how he threw me against the car, he denied it and said that it was an understatement.

He also said that I had been kicked out of superplay for starting the fight inside and then again starting it outside. All the while I had nothing to do with it. I just happened to be the oldest one nd the only one he could throw in jail. he also said I resisted arrest I dont see how I did because he picked me off the ground and slammed meh against the car I got so scared that i might have stiffened up, but I never resisted arrest. Now because of this I have a criminal record im only 18 and 5ft. tall come on how could I have resisted. While I was in the car i also herd officer Caudell ask the other officer if he had his back so now you tell me who's lying.

I have had similar dealings with the PSL PD which has also left a black mark on my otherwise pristine record. I find it interesting that an Officer CAUDELL was involved with my complaint to the PSL PD. No wonder why they didn't follow up on all of my questions, issues and concerns. I guess it's about the coverup. I have sworn testimony from officers who lied under oath for use against me in a court of law. There are laws against this, but good luck getting help. The legal system is stacked against you, you will not be able to locate an attorney as there is no money in these suits since the law passed which caps the amount you can sue a municipality for. The Feds don't seem interested unless you suffered severe physical harm. I feel for you kid.

The whole department needs to be cleared out and restarted from scratch. The sad part is that the few honest officers on the force will suffer for the crimes of the guilty. So sad that there is no way to identify the honest, put perhaps we can start with random drug testing. Particularly for steroids.

I have a copy of a case in which officers took a teenager stag. rape victim and questioned her without a child advocate present. They used this time to force a confession out of her to say she was a drug dealer. The rapist was later charged by parents of another child in the neighborhood. No surprise that the rapist had a relative on the force. Of course the relative claims to have nothing to do with him. The Police complaint filed on this matter was also dismissed.

email me if you have questions. I have most of this stuff PDFd and would be happy to include a copy of your documents to my collection for the day when they can be utilized.

You have failed to answer questions posed to you
What were you arrested for?
Enough with the bullshit about police corruption and discrimination
WHAT were the charges that were pressed against you
Do you have an Attorney or a Public Defender

I agree

Number one - Juveniles can be arrested
Number two - Your story does not add up
Number three - You were arrested and charged with a crime and the reference about the officer asking if his partner was watching his back - nope no discrimination
If you think that you were "arrested" unlawfully then I suggest hiring an attorney
Good Luck

Resisting arrest without violence

AUTHOR: Steven - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, January 12, 2008

Resisting arrest without violence is when you physically make the police pick you up or drag you. Sounds like you made them pick you up or something.

Tell me why did you start talking to your sister when the police were talking to them?? You probably should have identified yourself first and then listen to what was going on.

I can understand you wanting to help your sister but you were out of line and did become part of the problem when you started talking to your sister. Did they include interfering with a police investigation?? You should have just stood back and waited.
