Gray ID 3129 then here is the answer for you.  First of all YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT LAW as you claimed bragging and boasting while issuing citation.  You only know how to abuse assigned Powers by bragging and showing off.  First of all you never got this job on your qualification or merit.  We all know how you got it, this is Miami. I have been living in Miami for a long time and ever since you know and I know what speed the usual traffic goes on Turnpike.  By the way you mention about my habits so confidently as if you happens to be my wife are you?  Listen up Michael W. Gray the court made the decision and that is a memorable slap right in your face.  All B.S what ever you were throwing on me proved wrong.  Who are you convincing by labeling me as a bad driver, I guess only yourself and your guilt.  Welcome to real world and smell the coffee.  I can tell one thing about you.  You were a bad person,  you are a Bad Cop and will always be a Bad Cop.  And this fact will keep you haunting for ever. And I assure you it will never take that long for the Feds and Bureau to realise you have serious issues of assuming different characters which only God knows.  It is all about character and nature and that cannot be changed since one got by birth. Forget about what I deserve Mr. Gray.  You don't have to worry about me just start worrying about yourself and your future as a Bad Cop. And yes this is a Rip Off Report I know it and every American knows about it.

As I said earlier I will share the Court Decision whether guilty or not.  And here I am with the court decision WITHHOLD ADJUDICATION.  Yes I had to pay court fee. Ticket # A3JB18E.  Folks never be afraid of critics  nor be afriad of crooked Law Enforcement Cops.   If I were wrong I would have paid my citation right way depending on case by case criteria and situation.  This is the beauti of this country never give up and don't assume every thing will be ok next day.  As we all know there are some bad apples in our Law Enforcement giving a bad name to their colleagues and experienced officers. If you are at wrong for sure just pay the fine but if you are not then please don't pay your fine and avoid getting free points on your Licence.  Don't take the easy way out by helping legal embezzlement. I don't mind facing the critics but I do mind giving up so easily. Profiling is good only when it is calculative, prudent and comes from experts NOT amateur or novice or childish. I do recommend installing Dash Cam and Radar Detectors whether you are a heavy footer or not.   By the way last speeding ticket I received was in 2010 and with age you become more mature NOT childish.

Your report is so over the top that this has to be a joke...right?  I mean no one could be this dense could they?  Well on the off chance you are actually serious, let me give  you some information in the same tone you wrote this report.

Now, if you do go to court let me give you a prediction of how it is going to go.

Judge: How do you plead to going 80 MPH in a 70 MPH Zone.

You: Your Honor, the cop is totally clueless and has it out for me.  After all I am supposed to get a 10 MPH Grace before anyone issues me a ticket.

Judge: A Grace Period?  Can you please provide me the law that states that. 

You: Sir, you are the judge you should know the law.  You should be smart enough to get off your fat a** and look it up yourself.

Judge: Ummm...Okay.  So please tell me why I shouldn't toss you in jail for contempt right now.

You: Well judge as I was trying to explain before you so rudly cut me off, is that since I was only going 78 MPH I shouldn't have gotten the ticket in the first place. 

Judge: So you were going 78 MPH?

You: Yes, are you deaf as well?

Judge: No....Guilty of going 78MPH in a 70MPH.  I hereby suspend your license for 6 months, sentence you too 400 hours of community service, and a $1000 fine.   Case Closed.

Oh and I totally expect you to come back and give some more rantings about how the officer was really just out to get you.   I hope you do as it provides some very entertaining reading.

 So the POSTED speed limit is 70 MPH. so YOU even admit that YOU were going OVER the limit. Buddy there is no "grace speed limit". What YOU are trying to quote, badly I might add, is the "Speed Of Traffic" rule. That rule states that YOU MUST go with the flow of traffic no matter what the speed is. Higher OR Lower. However that rule can be suspended. Its more of a guideline then an actual law. Since it is NOT a LAW and travelling OVER the posted speed limit is, well then YOU got the ticket because YOU were the one pulled over. If the trooper had pulled over someone else, YOU would have IMMEDIATLY dropped YOUR speed to the limit and when YOU were over a mile away, YOU would have gone right back to travelling at 80MPH. So DONT try and play the victim, YOUR TICKET was long overdue. YOU HABITUATLLY travel at high rates of speed and have FINALLY gotten caught. You even admit your guilt on a media outlet!!! Mabey YOU should pay better attention to YOUR driving. YOU are responsible for THAT. YOUR concern should be what YOU CAN CONTROL!!!! NOT ranting that EVERYONE should have gotten a ticket. Of course they should have. But its only ONE TROOPER and YOU LOST THE DRAW!!!! Get over it!! Pay the fine that you DESERVE and do better!!! YOU want to turn it around on the cops. THAT is classic sociopathic behavour. YOU would rather play the victim then admit that YOU SCREWED UP!!!! The cop was in the right and YOU WERE IN THE WRONG!!!! Accept it and be a better driver because of it. NOT A RIPOFF!!! You got EXACTLY what YOU deserved.
