Please watch out for Officer W.H.REES ID #014303 in Westminster!
This officer was clearly having a bad day or had something against me being a BLACK woman. I was coming out of Fantastic Café in Westminster. The officer was in the lane to turn into the Café or to make a U-turn; I didn’t want to turn out in front of the officer so I yield for the officer the right away the officer was not go so I look both ways then made a left turn. The officer then came in back of me to put me over. The officer said I fail to yield when I ask why I was being pulled over. There’s no way this is true the officer was right in front of me the whole time clearly I would look both ways and make sure I have the right away. The officer was looking for something to pull me over. I have been a license driver for over 20 years and I have one Violation with in that time. I’m really hurt; I pay taxes and have never been in trouble with the law and I can believe I was treated this way. This officer is out looking for any excuse to give out ticket even making up false stories.
