We were scammed by officetronics and seems as though many were scammed by officetronics. We purchased around $8000.00 worth of Hewlett Packard Printers to find out all the units we purchased were refurbished. The company is selling refurbished equipment as new and trying to scam customers. I researched to who they sale this too and goverment customers have been effected as well.

If you are a goverment customer buying HP products I suggest you run the serial numbers to verify the condition of the products. Officetronics is taking a strong stand with Nextag to remove any negative reviews about the company. I would suggest not using Nextag as a reliable source for reviews since anything negative about a company can be removed on the request of the reseller like officetronics.

The company is a total fraud and I am glad that places like this exist so we can let others know about officetronics and its horrible scam. All the employees I am sure know about this scam they are doing including the owner, marketing, rma guy who I haven't had direct contact with other than the RMA department who pushed me off and possible ruined my relationship with my customer who I installed these for. I hope you realize the effect your company is having on others. I bought these from you because officetronics had the lowest prices. I see your lowest prices mean refurbished product being pass off as new.

When I lived in NY this was a very common practice but that was expected. Your company has many good reviews but I noticed them to be bogus. You have exactly the same positive reviews on every site meaning you copied and pasted your reviews. Officetronics your company is full of crooks. I hope when you guys are exposed many of you will realize what exactly you have done to honest resellers like our selves making an honest living.
