Official Email Marketing Rodney Gray Selling duplicate websites that don't make profit Orchard Park, British Columbia

Rodney claims the buyer was a divorcee and going through personal bankruptcy. I have never been married nor divorced and of course not filing for bankruptcy. So it is apparently another duped buyer he is referencing. How could I afford $9,000 stolen from Rodney and the on going ad words campaigns he claims works for his site, but can't prove it for mine. He says I invested $5,000, so it has to be the other duped buyer.  All he ever says is replace your worst performing ad with a new one. That would work if any of the ads created orders and none do. So Rodney, if you create the ad for me and give me the ad words too, why doesn't it perform or make a profit? He claims his duplicate website obtains 2-3 orders a day. I wish he could prove it, but he can't. If he could he would not be on the rip off report. Then he says you must lack work ethic. Well Rodney, the businesses I own make profits. Those  profits I used to diversify unfortunately into this fraud.

He also forgets his training is "replace your worst ad with a new one" is it in a nutshell. Setting up a paypal account, data download software etc. is rudimentary, not training. I added an extra 30 days of training into the contract which he forgets because he would say during the extra 30 days. I shouldn't be training you now as the contract states. Well all these duplicate businesses he sells are for 30 days training only. So he doesn't feel obliged to train longer than 30 days. The reason I added the 30 days was due to his vacation schedule he made clear to me. Probably spending my $9,000.00. He would always reschedule training for this or that reason. I now know it was probably to drag out the payment process for the balance. I stopped paying the balance after he was not willing to put his money where his mouth is. I offered him the option to take full control of my adwords account to make the website profitable and his remaining payments could be made out of those profits. Never answered, just where is my next payment. I then asked for a refund, same thing. "Where is my next payment."

As far as the 30k in email data. It was part of the business he sold me. I have no use for it, I've never been in the business of selling emails like Rodney supposedly does successfully. The email data was supposed to be used to place orders for resale. That was the business model. I would clearly give him this supposed stolen data for my $9,000 back.

The only reason I posted this is to keep someone else from being duped by Rodney. He comes across as a knowledgeable individual, but he could not perform on his end. Part of his sales close is to mention his dad was mayor and I'm a great guy etc. He cannot make the website make a profit and that is the only reason I bought it. What's even sadder he apparently stole money from another guy that was going through a bankruptcy and a divorce and has the audacity to call this guy a jerk. Whomever he is, is now in worse shape. I at least can afford to lose it, but don't want to see others duped. Thanks Rodney!

I have sold businesses of many kinds in the past and this one in particular I am very familiar with. This guy was going through a divorce and personal bankruptcy. He purchased the business from me then after I received a small negotiated deposit of 5K I released full control of the website, and also released over 30K in email data. I commenced training after many attempts to setup phone calls he was full of excuses to learn about the business. Funny cause he paid me and it was like he was making an excuse to me? We did connect and he also stated that he may be protected under his bankruptcy act in the US and not half to pay me the remaining 60% he owed.

I sensed he was in a tough place in life but knew it was a bad relationship with this guy and realized he just couldn't get focused on the business. I really tried to work with him and then the communication stopped. He stopped paying or contacting me and I even allowed 2 months of grace cause I really felt for the client. I am actually very hurt he feels he needs to bad mouth me. I have had success with ALL my other clients I have sold businesses to and ever done business with. In the end this client took a large amount of valuable data from me and ran, that's the bottom line. I am SO mad that he then feels he can bad mouth me on the internet. I have been in business for 3 years and have had thousands of retail sales through my website so I guess one jerk is expected..
