I ordered 5000 email addresses for $24.95 and web based software to send an advertisemen for $35.00. Official Email Markering charged my credit card $24.95 and $135.00 (instead of $35.00).
When I attempted to correct the charge I received the following comments from the "Oline Live Chat Customer Sevice": "Your fault", "f*** you", "d**k head", "you wont get anything", "I don't want your business", "you are banned from my web site."
The charges have not been reversed on my credit card and I am spending an inordinate amount of time disputing the charges. Additionally no email list or software has been delivered.
Be cautious or avoid doing business with "OfficialEmailMarketing.com"or "Official Email Marketing" as it is apparently owned and operated by a young vulgar computer geek with no customer service or communication skills. Alan Cayo

On the Monday following this report Offical Email Marketing charges were reversed. This was indeed prompt and proper action on the part of that company. Although the person manning "customer service"/ "chat" (whom I suppose to be the web site owner) was extremely vulgar and rude, he has subsequently acted in a businesslike manner by promptly reversing the charges.
