I've been going back and forth with this compay for about 1 month. On two accassions they stated that my phone was unlocked, and I've mentioned to them after the first attempt that the Icloud was still active from the previous owner, but they insist that it's unlocked. I've sent them screen shots with dates, offered to provide a video, but they still insist that I have access to my phone, and have not refunded my money.
Below is wording from their website.
You will need to purchase our Activation Lock Removal Service which removes your device from the previous owner's iCloud account.
To err on the side of caution, please ensure FindMyiPhone is turned off before you order an unlock or before updating to iOS 7/8.
