On 4/24/2008 I palced an order online from www.official-tv-online.net in the amount of $39.94. I paid with a credit card, and my funds were taken immediately from that credit card.

However, as of today, 7/07/2008, I have not recieved my product. That is about 10 weeks. I sent them an online inquiry back on 5/19/2008 as to the status of my order, and on 5/20/2008 I recieved a reply. I got some bogus answer that they import from Japan and are processing the orders from there, this is what they sent to me:

Currently we receive our Detoxification pads from Japan. These pads are used in Japanese holistic medicine. We do this to ensure our customers purchase legitimate, and 100% authentic merchandise. Due to us importing the detoxification pads from Japan, processing the orders, and shipping the merchandise has taken longer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Thank You.

So, I wait and still no product. I attempt to go to the website and it is unavailable.
I sent lots of email inquiries after 5-20-2008 which brought no response.

To make things worse, I called this phone number for this 'company', and one just rings and never answers [1-888-642-7005] and the one for them on my credit card statement [845-661-4231 ] is not answered buy any person, but just a message, stating that they only respond to emails and the 'company' email address is officialtvstore@yahoo.com! What company uses a Yahoo email address? And, at the above business phone#, you cannot leave a message!

Well, it's not about the money anymore, it's just principle at this point.

Although it is too late for me to do a credit card dispute, so I can sue them.

I just want to rack up legal fees and court costs on them at this point to deter future scams.
