 I ordered 2 NFL Prescott jerseys from what I thought was the NFL shop. Website looked official. I received one jersey after 12 days. The other jersey was sent separate at which it has been 32 days. You can only email as they have no ph# to contact customer service. After emailing several times, I was told jersey would arrive in 1-2 wks. Tracking has not updated since 12/17/16. My post office tracked item down, it has been sitting in a bin in Guangzhou China EMS facility since 12/17/16. I received an email telling me to wait up to 40 days for delivery. They have not even tried to locate my jersey. I ordered on 12/9/16. I've repeatedly ask them to reship my jersey at which I was told to wait up to 40 days. Then it would reship. Customer service is very slow to respond and they do nothing to solve issues. They will not refund unless you send jersey back, how can I due to I've never received my jersey. Do not order from this Company as all policies are lies also they charged more than your receipt says. I paid $15 for shipping then an additional $6 for insurance. It took a week to get tracking numbers.
