I purchased a Henrick Lundqvist Jersey for my daughter for her birthday.  I had no idea the website was bogus and from China or I never would have bought it in the first place.  It looks identical to the real NHL website.  The shirt cost $143 and within minutes I realized I shouldn't have put my payment information because they took the money out of my account immediately.  I tried to stop it but my credit union said too late and I when I contacted the site immediately after, they said sorry, you have to negotiate with the seller for a refund.  I wrote again but then I received the shirt about two weeks later.  It's obvious it's a fake.  I requested a full refund and told them I would gladly send the shirt back.  I am still writing emails but just getting no where fast  One email said they will give me 10% discount and then save myself the shipping because that would run about $50.  I said no, I didn't care, I want a refund.  The next email said they would give me 15% and save on shipping if I just keep it and I still said no.  Finally when I said I still wanted a full refund they said "it was unfair to them" and I can just resell it.  The website clearly states Easy 365 day returns.  There is no one else I can contact.  The phone number listed just rings and no one ever picks up the phone.  I want to report them as fradulent and I would like my money back.
