OFFRS offrs, offrs.com, offrs real estate scam, offrs fake data, total BULL sarasota florida

I truly dont know what these company is thinking but OFFRS is the biggest joke, fraud and scam in real estate. It does not work. They pay for the decent reviews here to save themselves but obviously dont know that people can sue them. 

I signed up for several territories of which I received no leads. 

The information that you get is only copy and pasted information from the county records that anyone can gather for free. 

I received several two to 3 year old leads from territories that were not mine. When I contacted this people that supposedly inquired about a value of their home, their responses where that they didnt not request any valuation. 

The leads are recycled, not new and not legit, valid or even legal. 

Keep your money and RUN

I am suing them and will not stop until I shut you down OFFRS.

Offrs is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with! I had high hopes. My team and I spent 100's of hours and thousands of dollars.  We asked for help repeatly, submitted tickets when round and round and couldn't get answers. The only time we would recieve a response was when I/we would post somthing negative. Here's just one example of their "data" over 100 people in my offrs farm had the same phone number!!!!

I know whatever program you choose to use, you must work it. I have had success with ALL the other programs I have tried, I tried offrs' becuase I was hoping for a higher ROI ., All I got was fustration and pissed off "sellers" 

They keep taking money out of my checking even though I received an email saying that they cancelled my service per my request.  They cancelled my service but keep taking my money.  I only wanted a month's trial and they lied and said that I esigned for 6 months.  Well I did not.  That was a year ago so at worst the 6 months were over a long time ago.

The post on this site is not valid. The person who posted this complaint was not a customer. This was posted by a competitor looking to tarnish our reputaiton.  We post all of our prediction results on our website for each territory, and our accuracy is validated by a third party. Unfortunately, these type of posts are not verified by the website, and mislead consumers.
