Ryan Parini and his staff hounded me for weeks. I finally agreed, last April to sign up for the service, but only with the caveat that I could cancel in 6 months if unhappy, instead of being stuck in anything for a year. They agreed, and sent me the forms to fill out. The print outs I made from screen shots of those documents in April are clear. I also kept notes of the entire sales call, terms, conditions, what I was supposed to get, what I was supposed to do, etc.

During the time that I was with them, they double billed me for months. Only when I caught it did they finally agree to refund me the double charges. The leads I was getting were people who looked up their home values on various online home calculators. When I did manage to finally reach two of them, they told me that they'd been inundated with calls and emails. Which meant to me that my 'exclusive' territory zip codes were anything BUT exclusive, despite the sales pitch and the way the lead territories are labled. Otherwise, these consumers wouldn't tell me that they'd been hounded for days on end, and even weeks after looking up their home value.

Lastly, I marked on my calendar the exact date that would be the 6 month mark, to call in and cancel, if I was unhappy. They refused to cancel the agreement, and said I have a one year contract. The screen shots I have from April do not match the 'copies' they have on my profile.... Which means, someone altered them in the interim. I have spent some time this morning calling my family attorney, the Secretary of States office, filling out paperwork with them, and an IC3 complaint, as well as contacting my credit card company for support.

Essentially, this company lied to me. They supplied me with leads that were not as they advertised 'exclusive territories', they refused to honor their own agreement with me, based on my screen shot print outs it seems clear they altered the document on their end, and they double billed me as long as they could get away with it.

I find them to be dishonest, and I believe they have committed fraud against me. I am pursuing that in other arenas, which just goes to show you other Realtors that they are willing to force agents like us to go to the nuclear level to get relief from their fraudulent tactics. They hope we are too busy to notice the double billing, too dumb to care about the not-exclusive territory leads, and too ignorant to print out screen shots of documents so they alter them, and try to extort money from us, later.

I was able to successfully resolve this issue today after the internal company customer service researched my contract records and details, and emailed me to tell me that I was correct, and they reversed their earlier statements.
