Offshore Pharmacy Would not give me my refund back Internet, Internet

on Sept 15th I place this order

Shipping method: Trackable Courier Service = 30 USD

I never got my order, so on Oct 4th I had called them for a refund.

The day after that on the 5th, I did recive a package but it wasnt what I order in the 1st place. So I never got what I ordered. I couldn't return them there wasn't a retrun address on the package. So told them I never got my order and want a refund.

On Oct 4th I got this email:
By your request we have already refunded the transaction for the order R09-116513.
Usually it takes from 1 till 15 days till the amount is back to your credit card.
It all depends on your bank. We can assure you that you'll get your money back so there is no need to worry or do any extra actions because it's important for both us and you.

We beg your pardon for the inconveniences caused to you. Thanks for your willingness to cooperate with us.

I keep using the online chat with them they keep telling that they refunded me, grrrrrr.

As of today Oct 28th I have not gotten my refund.

This company keeps telling to talk to my bank that they sent it. My bank dont show any refund from this company. They are liers and thievies.

So i say dont use this company for anything they steal you money!
