They use many phony names, up to 15 names, the main identity is First Data, the rest of their names are not registered with the State Licensing dept. They come to you with 1 set of agreement, usually it's a simple form of application for merchant account, they are the ones crossing their fees off the application making it look cheap, then later they denied their own hand-writing, they merge your signature in their new 10 pages contract. These criminals have a ball to manipulate the system. They are good liars, the court are too quick to defend them, good thing the criminals admitted taking my money, to stop the judge from questioning the plaintiff.

I never was their customer, I cancelled my application in writing in 24 hrs (the law allows 7 days) and went with other credit card company, these criminals refused to accept my cancellation, fabricating phony account for people who didn't order. They have never provided me with any product or service, how can they enforce the PCI bs for $140? or a $500 cancellation fee? The law said you are not obligated by their agreement whatsoever if you cancelled within the hot period (7 days excluding weekend).

These criminals laugh because they can out-smart the court system, and they think no one can stop them. Your attorney general and local police probably won't care to stop them.
