Oila L Nugent I was sent a letter that looked official saying I had an outstanding bill to the Circuit Court of Polk County, in the amount of 422.00. It states that if I fail to pay the court has the right to issue a warrant to arrest me. I looked and I have all the receipts of payments and the letter stating that all fines and fees are settled in full. when I tried to check lgbs online I stumbled across the rip off page and thank god I did. dallas Oregon

         I received an official looking notice of non payment of court payments, fines and fees.  I knew the court order had been paid off but it was done by my brother and I thought he had missed a payment.   I was, at that time undergoing chemotherapy and depended on my brother to make sure my bills were paid. It stated that no payments had been made and there was a good chance that a warrant would be issued for my arrest.

          I have all the receipts and a letter of satisfaction. I decided to investigate lgbs on the internet only to find its a scam.  Thank goodness the letter came on a friday, giving me time to snoop around. This court case is 3 years old and I was told by the judge I could do jail time if I failed to pay or missed a payment.  It put a knot in my stomach.
