To first understand my situtation with OK Carz, I needed a car right away becuase my previous vehicle had pretty much died. I went to Ok Carz in Orlando which is located in Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep where the salesman Dan was the only one who could help you. We were first told over the phone that all you need is $500 down and they have a bunch of cars to choose from. Any way we get there and it's a different story I had to put $1000 down on only 1 vehicle that I could get a 2005 Dodge Neon. Ok fine I bite my tongue becuase I needed a car ASAP so I could get to work. 

OK Carz states it comes with a 30 day warranty and they do 100 and something point inspection on all vehicles. Fine sounds good I bought the 2005 Dodge Neon. 2 weeks later the veh stops working while driving! Fine I call they come pick it up becuase it's under warranty. Mechanic at Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep states that there are parts missing in the engine and bolts are missing!! How can there be a 100 and something point inspection and there are parts missing in the engine. They gave me an Enterprise rent a car for a week becuase they needed to replace the entire cylinder head on the engine and bolts. OK yeah fine they are fixing it but my wife is driving the veh and now doesn't feel safe in the veh because how was this missed in their 100 and something point inspection! We have spoke to Dan at OK Carz Orlando and he knows nothing about with what's going on with the car. We explained what was going on and he stated well it must have been our fault and we took apart the endigine or its the neighboorhood we live in! First my wife and I have good jobs it's just our credit that sucks. Second I live in Heathrow Florida in apartments that most people couldn't afford. I let it go. 

Push comes to shove after multiple phone calls with the mechanics and the dealership I now just picked up my car 5/13/2014. I was told by a Brian from OK Carz Orlando who appreantly told me he was a manager and stated that I could get a new vehchile since we didnt' feel safe in this car. Brian stated that I can go to the corporate officde in Lakeland,FL an 1 1/2 hours away. I drove down in the rental car still and was then told by an Evalyn a sales person that she has to verify evething with her boss Mitch who appreatnly is everyones manager. I said well who's Brian I was told by Dan at OK Carz Orlando that he doesn't know who Brian is and doens't think he works here any more.  Evelyn from OK Carz Coporate in Lakeland stated "O Brian is my exhusband and he's on vacation!" Ok fine Dan lied! Evelyn calls her boss Mitch who is in OK Carz Orlando today who states that no we cna't get swapped into a different veh becuase our Dodge Neon is at the shop and it's fixed. So this guy Brian who's on "Vacation" is no where to be found and his words mean nothing. I drive another 1 1/2 back to OK Carz Orlando to pick up the Dodge Neon and to have a few words with Mitch the manager and Dan the sales person. No ones is any where to be found after waiting for an hour. I said fine I took my Dodge Neon retunred the rental car and drove home. I drive home and am sitting in a drive thru lane at McDonalds and the car starts to over heat and have pictures to prove it. So now the car is over heating!! I call Dan from OK Carz Orlando and he goes Mitch there's no Mitch here but he is my boss. I stated your coporate office in Lakeland said he was there. He said nope not here come down here and talk to him then if he's here. I hung up the phone and called Lakeland Office who said he's deffinately in OK Carz Orlando. I called back to the mechanic at the Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep who I texted pictures of car over heating and stated "O yeah I jsut was talking to Mitch and he just left to go to Lakeland office and he said to bring your car back to get it repaired." So now I have to driver another hour to the OK Carz Orlando which is located inside of Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep to get the car fixed and this Mitch guy wont return my phone calls or anything. 

Beware of buying a vehichle from this company you will get screwed, jerked around and lied to.
