OK Marketing, American Cash Awards, Jennifer Payne, Matt Rowley, James Fulkerson, Cody Payne OK Marketing, Magazine Scam! Kittredge Colorado

I bought magazines from Matt Rowley paid $76.00 in a check made payable to OK Marketing Inc. on June 20, 2009 and on July 2, 2009 I checked my bank account and my check was forged. Instead of $76.00 it now read $476.00. The bank did close my account.

Latter I was searching on the internet and I found some interesting things about OK Marketing, James Fulkerson, Cody Payne, Jennifer Payne and Matt Rowley. First OK Marketing is a scam, they are using a duplicate corporation name. The other OK Marketing Inc. is out of Chandler, AZ and has nothing to do with this OK Marketing Kittredge, CO. Jennifer Payne is the front woman for several Scam Magazine Crews not just OK Marketing Kittredge, CO. Now for James Fulkerson, this guy is a THUG! Has been arrested for everything from possession of Meth, possession of narcotics, recently the police raided there hotel. He is currently wanted for several crimes in several states.

Now for Matthew Rowley: Matt Rowley has been to prison in Arizona battery and trespassing. Matt Rowley has also been arrested in several states like: Arizona, Minnesota, California, and Texas just to name a few.

Cody Payne and American Cash Awards have been sued in Oregon, Washington, Texas previously operating under the name Great Lakes Circulation. Mr. Cody Payne has been arrested for possession of narcotics, soliciting without a permit, possession of stolen property, and FRAUD in the state of Texas in the early 90's

Jennifer Payne, this is a weird one. Squeaky clean background I don't understand why she would associate with these THUGS other than the fact she is married to Cody Payne the ring leader. Jennifer Payne appears to be the front person for this entire organization and several corporations that have shady characters connected to them. This may have something to do with Cody Payne's Tax problems with State and Federal.
