I signed up for the site and brought their a list membership so that I could contact users who favorited my profile.  Whenever I sign up for this membership they then deactivate my profile before the membership runs out.  They've done this twice and if i can't get my money back from them I hope i can at least give them bad publicity so that no one else gives this website their money.

Also when i got their a list membership so that I could contact users who favorited my profile when i did contact those users they said that they never favorited my profile.  The site just lies so they can take your money.

They did the same thing to me. I was a free user for three years and never had a problem, never had my account deleted, and never had a complaint. I purchased a one month membership, and 20 days later they deleted my profile for no reason. I believe they do this in order to take your money before you delete your profile. For isntance, they know that within 60 days you'll delete your profile after you find out how hard online dating is. So they'll delete your profile so that you cannot access the subscription tab.

They'll keep the 6 months of money that you paid. By deleting your profile and eliminating your access to the un-subscribe tab, they'll keep the whole six months worth of money instead of only getting the 60 days worth of money if you had un-subscribed after only 60 days. They don't have a contact number so there's not way to talk to someone to resolve the issue. You can submit emails on their support tab a hundred times a day and they'll just delete it or not read it. The only option to to go to your bank and have them blocked from taking money from you, but of course they'll try to report you to a credit company. In my opinion, stay away from paid dating sites. You'd probably meet more women at a bar anyway, or at church. These are the two best places to get a girlfriend anyway.

This leads to the next problem. Why is the justice system doing nothing to punish these companies? I had a similar problem with Priceline who double charged me for a hotel. It took 9 months of calling them once a week to get my money back. They were able to do this because their billing and customer support is stationed in India, making it difficult to sue internationally. The billing is done by a sister company. Priceline made me wait 9 months because they were expecting me to get frustrated and give up and move on, allowing  them to keep the $350 that they owed me. This is a basic con game, and economic bullying. Where is the justice system? Who knows. I know that nothing is happening, and people are losing more and more trust in using the internet for business.
