Visitation and Reunification should be the #1 Priority and Goal for the Okdhs foster care system.

From day one of the agency knowing about me the grandmother and my closeness to my grandchildren, they have not given me the approval to visit my grandchildren or have any type of communication with my grandsons.

Instead they have kept us apart and we are not allowed to hear each others voice. Not to see my grandsons are very painful. They are just children, just kids and they need to beable to hear their family members voice. They need their grandmother.

Communication and visitation and Telephone contact is essential in times such as these. These are hard times because OKDHS has forced  this  on to our family.

Out of 4 years i've only seen them my grandosnsno more than 5 times. This is torture.

OKDHS, is a terrible outfit. They really hurt the families and to not give visitation on top of that is just unjustified..

They have taken the children away- then they don't let you see your children and grandchildren. Something is very wrong.

How would they feel if someone done that to them. This is not right.

My grandchildren are wondering why their grandmother isn't coming to visit them. They know i am here in Oklahoma. When you don't visit the children, the agency can lie to the kids and tell them that (their family don't care about them or that the family don't want them) and all of that is a lie. Okdhs are damaging the children, they are doing that.

OKDHS are keeping me from visiting my grandchildren, i am not allowed to call them or communicate with them.  Why? I want to know why all these years, Why have they kept my grandchildren form me, i'm thier gradmother. i love these boys.

Okdhs are trying to sever the ties with my grandson for them to forget about their biological family. Okdhs wants my grandsons to forget about me. This is cruel and emotional for our family.

We are family, we are blood.  we belong together.

PPS. The Judge denied my visitation with my grandchildren on 12/22/2009, that would of been our christmas visit.

That's Terrible and Cruel, Truly Painful For Me and My Grandchildren.

Can you believe the family court judicial system? I just wanted to see and visit with my grandchildren.
