OKI Limited, Blackhead Remover, Csc, Clear Skin Concepts Send an item I didn't order. They didn't answer my emails. Ripoff Toronto Ontario Canada

I ordered Ear Wax Remover. The Company collected my money and two weeks later I received an item I didn't order. This item is packed in a foil without any information what it is and how to use. So, I send an email on 04-03-06, including all needed information, to them. The Company answered:
"Hi There,

Thank you for your e-mail.

Please confirm your transaction reciept and delivey details. Also please
confirm what you have received.
After we have received your e-mail, we will look into this matter further.

OK, I anwered this email on 04-04-06 and gave them more information:

First, when I do not have in the next two or three days, the ordered Ear Wax Remover I have to do the next steps against your company.

You're asking me, I should confirm what I've received. When I would know exactly what it is it would be fine. I know only it isn't any Ear Wax Remover. It looks like the blackhead-gun for cleaning the skin, I've seen it on your internet pages. So, you send me Blackhead Gun instead of Ear Wax Remover!

I received no answer. Than, I send the whole email plus a additional question on 04-05-06 and on 04-10-06: "Hi, I send you this message on 04-04-06. Why haven't You answered until now?
