I discovered this blog and after reading it I have to agree, its a smear by a disgruntled employee!
Other dealers should take note; Do not hire ex "Okie Dokie's"....

It is obvious that for someone to discredit a reputable dealership with
such blatant slander in a smear campaign to this extreme, is a
disgruntled ex employee.  To mention something like this, they would
have some type of automotive background.   The person making the
allegations misrepresented their complaint and entered it as a
consumer.  These accusations are clearly designed to hurt and discredit
not only the dealership but the owner and the management.

We know who wrote this, but unlike him we won't mention this persons
name, because doing so would put us in a category such as himself with
no morals or scruples.  For our valued customers who have done and
continue to do business with us, you know what to expect from our
dealership and we appreciate your continued support.

To the person who wrote it,  I am sorry that you had to stoop a level so
low that you would personally attack the people you called your friends
and their livelihood that support their family and children.  Why you
would try to tarnish a reputation we have worked for years to achieve is
beyond us, shame on you!

To potential Customers, in the 2 1/2 years since we opened Okie Dokie
Auto, we have had one complaint which is filled at the Better Business
Bureau.  We encourage you to go to the site and  read it as we have
nothing to hide.  In this report you will find that the Better Business
Bureau sided with us,as we did everything with-in our power to make our
customer happy.  Sometimes no matter how much you do, you just can't
please everyone.  Thank you for taking the time to read our rebuttal.
