Oklahoma Department Human Sservices OKDHS - Child Support Services Abuse of Power , None Investigative Support , Post of False Information , Neglect in following own rules and regulations , Internet

For the past 12 plus years I have been paying my child support with the exception of when I was unemployed. I have been charged a high level of interest on all payments and past payments. During this time, My son's mother has harassed my employers and mailed court documents to friends, family members and employees of the companies that I have worked for. She has repeatedly harassed my employers and I have lost jobs because of her. I have filed multiple complaints via the system at El Reno OKDHS and have not received any assistance.

I have had two small businesses damaged and lost income because of my son's mothers actions and the lack of support from OKDHS regarding the events over this period of time.

I have reported every job and address to OKDHS and they listed me as 'Missing Parent' with wrong amounts listed regarding past due child support, they suspended my license and when I paid the full amount to regain my license they would not reinstated it. I reported websites and myspace pages that my son's mother created titled 'Dead Beat Dad' that contained pictures of children that did not belong to her and OKDHS told me "Not Our Problem" ,,, "There is NOTHING, we can do".

It is a violations of the OKDHS rules and regulations for a parent to contact the parent that owes child support or their family, friends or employers about the child support. OKDHS has failed to investigate ALL reports made event by my employers and they have failed to enforce their own rules and regulations.

I recently decided to file a law suit against OKDHS and have now been hit with all kinds of court dates and fees and harassment not only from OKDHS but from Private and Blocked phone calls. Their has also been a license created in my name in the State of Oklahoma that contains a Missouri address where I lived that I did not get or file for. I have asked for a report to be filed and this matter to be investigated and have hit dead ends in all levels.

I even sent ALL of these reports and filings to the Governor of Oklahoma and have not received any help. I also pay child support for my youngest son and have NO issue's or related matters concerning that case.

OKDHS - Will NOT properly investigate or enforce their own rules and regulations against a parent receiving the payments, nor will they close the child support case according to their own rules and regulations for multiple violations by and from the parent receiving the payments.

Also, as an added note: I also attend school to help with furthering my education and to help with obtaining a better paying position with medical insurance and have been harassed at my school.

I know not everyone will agree with this on either side of the fence, No not whining --- Just bringing to light the negative impact of this matter and the lack of support from OKDHS and bringing to the front the violations of even OKDHS regarding their own rules and regulations.
