I was bullied into  working with DHS after giving birth to my daughter in  Dec. 2016. I was under prescribed medication and marajuana. The told the lie of I am a methamphetamine user and unable to care for my children. I was lied to by alan that he had approval to remove my children by the District attorney Neil West. when in fact there was not cusch order in Dec 2016 for my children to be placed in custody. I was manipulated into saying i had used and i want to get help, in order to get my children home. They lied epeatedly to my in-laws concerning drug use and other things. In april there was a domestic dispute between myself and the childrens father, where the police came, no one was arrested or hurt, but cps order my kids into temporary custody. The petition filed was not completely tuthful, in fact it was more lies than the truth in the petetion. We had ask that the lies be removed the D.A said no we were going to trial. Judge Shaw, stated ,( we would have the opportunity to defend our side, but was never granted that right. Some how they got past the civil rights investigation i started i believe clearing up their mistakes and planning cause that it was the right thing to do was to removemy choldren. Throughout all of this there has been a breach of confidentiality, conflict of interest, and my parents rights violated as well my children rights violated. I completed what they asked of me to do and its a year later and i still do not have my children. They have lied in court on the stand and this is overlooked and my childen and i are still sufffering. there was never any mention of parenting classes but i have deprived my children and they cannot tell me how i deprived my children. My doctor as well as the labratories states that the medication i was on during my pregnancy would and could cause a false positive for meth and yet again everyone fails to acknowledge the true. I want my children home they have been in 3 homes, 2 were abusing my childen and still nothing is being done. We do not deserve this nor should be be unheard please anyone help me to get my children.
