According to articles in the Daily Oklahoman and elsewhere, Fisher has been arrested for DUI before, and is being investigated for ethics violations. Fisher thought the car behind him, which was driven by a teenaged boy who reported Fisher's erratic driving, was "suspicious," as if he was set up or something.
