I book a ticket with Emirates and received all the detail by email 2 days before I leave. Going from Toronto Canada on Dec, 16, 2015 and coming back from Tehran Iran to Toronto On Jan, 21, 2016. ETKT 176 9268 407 407 Everything was fine until one day before my flight I went to Emirates office in Tehran to OK my ticket, just to find out someone changed my ticket with a wrong code exactly on the day that I fly to Iran. They changed my ticket when I was in the air from Jan, 21, 2016 to 21, Dec, 2015 which make no sense for me to travel all the way from other part of the world to see my family for just 5 days. Considering being on the way for 2 days it makes it 3 days. They told me I missed my flight on 21, Dec, 2015 and has to pay $600.00 penalty. Since it was not my fault and I did not see it to be fair, I keep going back and forth with, the AGT 35305546 TH PNR MWDNDW BANGKOK / S T INTERNATIONAL CO LTD. Saturday and Sunday was day off in Bangkok and Thursday and Friday was day off in Tehran I had 3 days. Every day they would tell me I have a ticket and the next day I would go to Emirates office to find out there is no Ticket. I was missing out days at work and my daughter was worried sick in Toronto, it was a worst trip I ever had in my life. Finally I paid the $600.00 and got the ticket and come back to Toronto on 15-Feb-2016.
